技术多元化对中国汽车行业企业网络创新绩效的影响

  在当今竞争的世界里,创新研究的关键性日趋增加,吸引了众多的研宄学者。与此同时,网络与群集还是相对较新的研宄课题。本文力求找出两大主要关系的影响。一种是技术多元化与创新绩效之间的关系一;另种是网络指数与创新绩效之间的关系。本文首先引用了适当的文献,从先前的研宄中寻找证据,并对目标样本产业进行了深入的分析。收集了中国汽车行业59家公司的创新绩效数据并计算了技术多元化指数。为了找出网络指数,本文根据联合数据系统建立了邻接矩阵。本研宄选取了中国汽车行业的网络作为研宄对象,因为中国汽车行业近几十年来增长迅猛,符合本研宄范畴。本文采用UCINET软件程序来获取网络性质数据。在软件程序中运行负二项回归模型后,建立了9个模型,总共16个变量,用于不同组合。研宄发现,技术多元化与创新绩效之间呈倒U形关系。同时还分析了创新绩效与4个网络中心性数据与一个集聚系数之间的关系。根据本文的最新发现,具有较大网络连接总数的公司和网络连接总数大且连接状况良好的公司,其创新绩效较为优秀。但对于网络节点间路径短的公司和信息传输快的公司,此影响并不存在。同时还发现,强大的局部聚类对创新绩效有负面影响。最后,本文还作了另外一...
