【摘要】:商业银行国际业务效益是衡量商业银行国际化发展水平的重要标志之一。我国商业银行国际业务发展与世界经济形势变化密切相关,国内金融业由于受到国际经济衰退的冲击,国内商业银行国际业务量大幅下降,J银行北京市分行国际业务面对着来自于外资银行和国内商业银行的激烈竞争。如何适应形势的变化,在竞争中求发展,作者利用调研掌握的部分主要银行的准确资料作为研究数据,运用波特五力分析模型、SWOT分析等战略管理和相关商业银行经营管理理论,深入探讨了国外商业银行国际化竞争和国内商业银行国际业务竞争的现状与特点,分析了J银行北京市分行面临的国际国内经济形势,在国际业务中的竞争态势和三种主要竞争形式的特点,明确了在竞争中自身的优、劣势,以及在市场竞争中的定位和赢得竞争的关键问题,提出了J银行北京市分行国际业务竞争战略的构想、竞争战略的总体思路、目标和发展方向,结合实例论述了构成国际业务竞争战略五个组成部分中的关键要素和优化策略等新的观点,提出的总体目标三步走战略以及建立规划与决策智能分析系统、推进银行新型链式联动营销、加快组织和业务流程再造(成立单证中心)、实行基于内部收益转移计价的业绩考核模式以及加快金融资源全球网络建设等设想,构成了J银行北京市分行国际业务“要素优化战略”,为J银行北京市分行国际业务竞争总体战略的制定和实施,提供了较有力的支撑。为保证竞争战略的顺利实现,提出了充分发挥“要素优化战略”的顶推作用、紧紧抓住客户资源这一生存之本、把握与外资银行合作的机遇、优化人才队伍、重视软环境建设、健全竞争战略适度调整机制等近远期策略。展望了通过出台国际业务重点产品定位研发指南,制定国际业务风险控制政策,以及产品品牌增值业务创新办法等,进一步深化国际业务竞争战略研究的发展前景。
[Abstract]:The benefit of international business of commercial banks is one of the important symbols to measure the level of international development of commercial banks. The development of international business of commercial banks in China is closely related to the changes of the world economic situation. Due to the impact of the international economic recession, the international business volume of domestic commercial banks has dropped sharply. The international business of Bank J Beijing Branch is facing fierce competition from foreign banks and domestic commercial banks. How to adapt to the changes of the situation and seek development in the competition. The author uses the accurate data of some major banks as the research data, and uses the Porter's five-force analysis model to analyze the strategic management and the relevant commercial bank management theory. This paper probes into the current situation and characteristics of the international competition of foreign commercial banks and the international business competition of domestic commercial banks, and analyzes the international and domestic economic situation that J Bank Beijing Branch is facing. The competitive situation in the international business and the characteristics of the three main forms of competition clarify the advantages and disadvantages in the competition as well as the key issues of positioning and winning the competition in the market competition. This paper puts forward the conception of international business competition strategy of J Bank Beijing Branch, the overall idea, goal and development direction of competition strategy. Combined with an example, this paper discusses the key elements and optimization strategies of the five components of the international business competition strategy, and puts forward the overall goal three-step strategy and the establishment of an intelligent analysis system for planning and decision-making. Promote the new chain marketing of banks, accelerate the organization and business process reengineering (set up document center, implement the performance appraisal model based on internal income transfer valuation, and accelerate the construction of global network of financial resources, etc. It constitutes the "factor optimization strategy" for the international business of J Bank Beijing Branch, which is the formulation and implementation of the overall strategy for the international business competition of J Bank Beijing Branch. In order to ensure the smooth realization of competitive strategy, the author puts forward to give full play to the pushing role of "factor optimization strategy", and firmly grasp the survival of customer resources. Grasp the opportunity of cooperation with foreign banks, optimize the talent team, attach importance to the construction of soft environment, perfect the mechanism of appropriate adjustment of competitive strategy and other short-term and long-term strategies. To make the international business risk control policy and product brand value-added business innovation methods to further deepen the development prospects of international business competition strategy research.
