【摘要】:中国于2001年11月10日正式加入世贸组织。五年过后,很多外资银行在我国S蔚孟嗟鹊匚缓椭泄桃狄姓箍侵稹M庾式胧谐。谐』降奶嵘寄芄淮偈刮夜桃狄卸杂诰苤品矫娴牟蝗范ㄐ源幼萦牒嵯蚍矫娼徊皆銮俊V蠾商业银行需要应对强劲的挑战。我们可以发现一个标志性的案例就是,在此年的3月,爱立信南京企业把它的贷款从中国商业银行南京分行转存了才迈向中国市场花旗银行。我们把此项举动叫做“爱立信倒戈花旗”,它被认为是中P1进入WT0以后,金融市场发生的巨大地震。同年4月18日,中国民生银行首先开始了应对外资银行的反击。一下实行了买方付息贴现业务、民生网等4种新的业务活动。 同R,北京麦当劳、南方航空公司以及很多中外大型企业便和民生银行签署了合同。可以这样认为,革新关系到中国商业银行能否获得新生。比较与世界上的发达国家银行,我们欠缺的+全是市场,也并非都是技术,我们俨然在很大程度上关注并且具备产品革新的核心竞争水平,我们如今欠缺的更多农现为对于银行的经营模式上。 跟外资银行对比,,我国的银行管理人员的管理观念十分的守旧与落后,巨大并且不灵巧的组织布局,一定程度上阻碍了人的主动的发挥,种种的原因最终形成了我国商业银行又好又快运营的障碍。导致了我国银行在面对着外界环境的改变,无从快速的应对市场的竞争,不能够快速高效的应对市场的变化,以至于降低了商业银行的系统竞争水平,并且和实际概念上的现代银行存在着[」:大的距离。因此,我H的商业银行要在激烈的竞争中获得主动性和提高市场竞争力,那么经营管理模式的转变已成为发展的必然趋势。 在全文的探讨中,采用的研究方式主要是: (1)多学科相联合的方法。本文在研究问题时,从经济学、管理学、银行经营管理学等多种学科借用含义以及理论,把商业银行的效率以及管理制度的革新结合在一起从而开展探究活动。 (2)系统分析法。本文在探索问题时,坚持把银行组织看作经济金融大体系里的一个子分支,着重指出当大系统产生变化,子系统要尽快的去应对这些改变。 (3)辩证分析法。本文采用的是辩证逻辑的方法以研究我国商业银行在经营模式转变过程中存在的问题及其原因。 (1)案例分析法。本文根据国外众多银行先进管理模式的个例探索,向我国的银行管理模式开展了思考,进一步指出具有借鉴性的影响。 (5)规范分析以及实证分析联合。此为探索经济问题通常懫用的办法之一。本文根据对我国商业银行现实情形的调查,合理地分析与论证了我H商业银行管理模式转变过程中面临的难题,从而寻求解决问题的方法。 全文的主要逻辑是:界定所提出问题的概念、范围,提出问题,研究问题,论证问题。从内容上看可分为六章,第一章总论,主要说明选题背景及其现实意义,同时说明论文的核心概念和研究方法,并简要介绍论文内容及结构。第二章商业银行经营管理模式转变的概述。通过研究商业银行发展历程,结合商业银行这一独特行为主体,对商业银行经营管理模式概念加以阐述,对于商业银行经营管理制度转变的意义和进程^u展分析。第三章阐述我国商业银行在经营管理模式转变下的发展状况,从中归纳总结商业银行在模式转变过程中存在的问题,并分析其存在的深层原因。第四章,我国商处银行在经营管理模式转变中的新思考。根据发现的问题,尝试通过对国外同行业先进的经营管理案例中探索适合我国商业银行适应金融业发展大趋势的对策。第五章,对商业银行经营管理模式转型给出建议。第六章,指出本文论述的不足之处,并对我国商业银行经营管理模式转型进行展望。
