我国城市商业银行中间业务发展研究

【摘要】: 在我国加入WTO后,中间业务作为外资银行的强项,由于具有低成本、低风险、高收益的特点,已成为他们进军中国市场争夺的重点。而这一业务恰恰是中资商业银行的“软肋”。面对8次降息造成的存贷利差缩小、融资证券化对生存空间的压缩、传统业务经营风险的加大以及入世后外资银行的激烈竞争,中间业务将是我国商业银行业务发展和收入提升的重要着眼点,更是加入世贸组织后与外资银行竞争的主要目标。尽管我国商业银行在发展中间业务方面已取得一定的成果,但与外资银行相比差距较大,到目前为止,仍不能摆脱中间业务品种不多、产品创新能力差、技术含量低,难以满足市场需求的变化。这里面不仅有历史体制的原因,还有商业银行自身经营的缺陷。随着国际金融市场一体化的深入发展以及我国加入世界贸易组织后金融业的全面开放,发展中间业务是我国商业银行业务结构调整的必然要求,也是我国商业银行参与国际竞争,抵御风险、提高经营能力的需要,更是我国商业银行长远发展、走向全球的必经之路。 本文从城市商业银行的定义和特征出发,总结归纳了我国城市商业银行中间业务发展的背景、现状以及中间业务发展趋势、存在的问题,并通过SWOT模型对城市商业银行与外资银行中间业务市场竞争力进行比较,指出了目前我国城市商业银行中间业务发展的总体战略,并给出了我国城市商业银行中间业务发展的战略性措施。文章指出,转变中间业务发展意识、明确市场定位、强化内控风险管理、规范中间业务收费、加快人才培养和技术支持、建立完善的中间业务体系、加强中间业务调控监管等是促进我国城市商业银行发展的重要要素。本文的结论对城市商业银行中间业务的现状及未来探讨有着重要的借鉴意义。 按照逻辑关系,将本文研究的主要内容规划为五章: 论文第一章为导论。本章主要分析论文选题的背景,确定论文的研究目的和意义,并在国内外研究动态评述的基础上,设计出本文研究方案。 论文第二章为我国城市商业银行中间业务背景分析。本章主要界定城市商业银行概念,阐述了城市商业银行发展特征,在分析城市商业银行中间业务发展背景、现状及发展趋势的基础上,揭示我国城市商业银行中间业务发展中存在的和值得研究的主要问题。 论文第三章为我国城市商业银行发展中间业务SWOT分析。本章主要运用了SWOT分析模型,对我国城市商业银行和外资银行在优势、劣势、机遇和挑战等四个方面进行了深度的比较分析,指出了我国城市商业银行中间业务发展宜采用的战略方向。 论文第四章为我国城市商业银行中间业务发展总体战略分析。在借鉴国际经验及国内外相关研究成果基础上,结合本文关于我国城市商业银行发展中间业务的SWOT分析评价结果,本章分析我国城市商业银行发展中间业务的总体战略及竞争战略和职能战略,明确城市商业银行中间业务发展目标。并运用安索夫矩阵对备选战略方案进行分析评价,设计出我国城市商业银行发展中间业务的竞争战略。 论文第五章为促进城市商业银行中间业务发展的战略性措施。围绕解决我国城市商业银行中间业务发展中存在的主要问题,战略角度提出九个方面的对策和建议。 本文研究得出以下重要结论和建议: 1.中间业务己成为包括我国城市商业银行在内的各层次银行竞相发展的支柱业务之一。本文通过对城市商业银行和外资银行中间业务市场竞争力进行SWOT分析比较,指出城市商业银行在网点、客户资源、宏观市场环境以及法律法规等方面具有一定的发展中间业务优势,外资银行在融资成本、产品本土化等方面仍有较大困难,城市商业银行可利用比较优势发展中间业务。 2.运用安索夫矩阵对我国城市商业银行发展中间业务竞争战略进行评价表明,产品延伸竞争战略是我国城市商业银行发展中间业务的最佳选择。因此,城市商业银行重视目标市场研究,创新和提供有特色产品和服务来开发目标市场,管理客户资源。 3.在上述分析评价的基础上,笔者从城市商业银行以及政府角度分别提出促进中间业务发展的措施建议。城市商业银行一方面要转变意识,明确市场定位,强化内控风险管理,另一方面要加强人才培养,加大技术支持,完善中间业务体系。而政府一要加强风险和监管,另外还要规范中间业务收费。
[Abstract]:After China joined WTO, intermediate business as a foreign bank's strengths, due to its low cost, low risk, high income, has become the focus of the market for them to enter the Chinese. And this is precisely the business of Chinese commercial banks "weakness". In the face of 8 cuts caused by the savings and loan spreads narrowed, securities financing compression of the living space, and increase the risk of fierce competition after entering the WTO, foreign banks traditional business, intermediary business will be China's commercial banking business development and income increase an important focus, is the main goal to join the WTO after competing with the foreign banks. Although China's commercial banks have made certain achievements in the development of intermediary business, but with foreign banks compared to the larger gap, so far, still can not get rid of intermediate business varieties, product innovation ability, technical content is low, it is difficult to meet the city The market demand changes. There is not only the historical and institutional reasons, there are defects in their own business. With the opening of the further development of international financial market integration and China's accession to the WTO and the financial industry, the development of intermediary business is the inevitable requirement of the structural adjustment of China's commercial banking business, but also China's commercial banks to participate in the international competition, to resist risks, the need to improve the operational capacity, but also the long-term development of China's commercial banks, the only way which must be passed to go global.
This paper from the definition and characteristics of city commercial banks, summarizes the development of intermediate business of China's city commercial banks in the background, current situation and development trend of the intermediate business, existing problems, and the city commercial banks and foreign banks intermediate business market competitiveness through the comparison of the SWOT model, the author points out the strategic development of the intermediary business of our commercial city the bank's overall current, and gives the strategic measures of intermediate business of Chinese city commercial bank development. The article pointed out that the transformation of the intermediate business development consciousness, clear market positioning, strengthen internal control and risk management, standardize the intermediary business fees, speeding up the cultivation of talents and technology, establish and perfect the intermediary business system, strengthen supervision and regulation of the intermediary business is an important factor to promote the development of China's city commercial banks. The conclusion of this paper on the present situation of the intermediate business of city commercial banks and the future The discussion has important reference significance.
According to the logical relationship, the main contents of this study are planned to be five chapters.
The first chapter is introduction. This chapter mainly analyzes the background of the topic selection, determines the purpose and significance of the paper, and designs the research plan based on the dynamic review of the research at home and abroad.
The second chapter is the analysis of China's city commercial bank middle business background. This chapter mainly defines the concept of city commercial banks, the city commercial bank development characteristics, on the basis of analyzing the background of city commercial bank intermediary business development, based on the current situation and trend, reveals the development of intermediate business of Chinese commercial banks in the city and is worth studying the main problem.
The third chapter is the analysis of the development of China's city commercial bank middle business SWOT. This chapter mainly uses the SWOT analysis model of China's city commercial banks and foreign banks in the four aspects of advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges are analyzed in depth, points out the strategic direction of the development of intermediary business in our commercial city the bank should be adopted.
The fourth chapter is the overall strategy of Chinese city commercial bank intermediary business development analysis. On the basis of international experience and relevant research at home and abroad, this paper combined with SWOT on the development of China's city commercial bank middle business analysis of the evaluation results, this chapter analyzes the intermediary business of commercial banks in our country the development of the city and the overall strategy and competition strategy functional strategy, clear the city commercial bank intermediary business development goals. And the use of alternative strategies for Ansoff matrix analysis and evaluation, design of intermediate business of commercial banks in the development of China's city competitive strategy.
The fifth chapter is a strategic measure to promote the development of intermediary business in city commercial banks. Based on the main problems existing in the development of intermediary businesses in China's urban commercial banks, the paper puts forward nine countermeasures and suggestions from the strategic point of view.
This paper studies the following important conclusions and suggestions:
1. intermediary business has become one of the pillars of business including city commercial banks in China, the level of banks. Based on the development of city commercial banks and foreign banks intermediate business market competitiveness analysis and comparison of SWOT, pointed out that the city commercial bank customer resources in the network, and has certain advantages on the development of intermediate business macro market environment and legal regulations, foreign banks in the financing cost, product localization and other aspects are still difficult, city commercial banks can use the comparative advantage of the development of intermediate business.
2. the use of Ansoff matrix to evaluate the development of China's city commercial bank intermediary business competitive strategy shows that the extended product competition strategy is the best choice of intermediate business of commercial banks in our country the development of the city. Therefore, city commercial banks pay more attention to the target market research, innovation and provide unique products and services to the development of the target market, customer resource management.
3. in the above analysis on the basis of the evaluation, the author from the perspective of city commercial banks and the government are put forward measures and suggestions of promoting the development of intermediary business of city commercial banks. On the one hand to change consciousness, clear market positioning, strengthen internal control and risk management, on the other hand to strengthen personnel training, strengthen technical support, improve the system of government and intermediary business. To strengthen risk management and supervision, in addition to standard intermediate business charge.
