外资银行进入对我国信贷的影响

【摘要】：随着中国进行改革开放和加入世界贸易组织,我国银行业的对外开放也在不断的深化和扩展。我国在2001年取消对外资银行外汇业务的地域和客户限制,2006年又进一步取消对外资银行人民币业务的地域和客户限制,这昭示着外资银行进入中国的速度不断加快,规模不断扩大。本文从外资银行的进入对东道国影响的角度出发,试图探讨外资银行的进入中国对我国信贷的影响。本文在总结前人参考文献的基础上,结合外资银行在中国的进入历史和发展现状,从三个角度,即从国家层面、银行层面和地区层面分别实证分析外资银行的进入程度对我国信贷的影响。本文首先选取我国的季度数据,从国家层面分别分析外资银行的进入对我国信贷总量和私人信贷的影响。然后又通过我国13家上市银行的年度数据,从银行层面分析外资银行的进入对我国银行信贷的影响。最后,利用我国31个省和直辖市的年度数据,从地区层面分析外资银行对我国地区信贷的影响。更进一步的,在地区层面的分析中,本文使用2000年人均国民生产总值的数据,将我国地区分为较发达地区和较不发达地区,分别对两类地区进行回归分析,试图分析外资银行的进入对我国不同经济发展水平地区信贷影响的差异。回归结果显示,外资银行的进入水平在三个层面均与我国信贷水平呈负相关关系。我国信贷总量水平随着外资银行总资产的增加而下降。我国银行的放贷水平也随着外资银行的进入水平下降。对于地区信贷而言,其信贷总额也随着外资银行的进入程度在收缩。总体来说,外资银行给我国的信贷带来了收缩效应。基于外资银行进入带来的影响,本文最后从外资银行的选择、国内银行的应对措施、申请贷款机构的应对措施、我国金融机构监管水平、金融基础设施建设等方面给出了相应的建议。
[Abstract]:With China's reform and opening up and accession to the World Trade Organization, the opening up of China's banking sector has been deepening and expanding. In 2001, China abolished the regional and customer restrictions on foreign exchange business of foreign banks. In 2006, it further removed the restrictions on the territory and customers of RMB business of foreign banks, which indicates that the speed of entry of foreign banks into China is accelerating. From the perspective of the impact of the entry of foreign banks on the host country, this paper attempts to explore the impact of the entry of foreign banks on China's credit. On the basis of summarizing the previous references, this paper combines the entry history and development status of foreign banks in China, from three angles, namely, from the national level. At the bank level and the regional level, the paper empirically analyzes the impact of foreign bank entry on China's credit. This paper firstly selects the quarterly data of our country and analyzes the impact of the entry of foreign banks on the total amount of credit and private credit from the national level. Then through the annual data of 13 listed banks in China. This paper analyzes the impact of the entry of foreign banks on the bank credit in China from the bank level. Finally, using the annual data of 31 provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government. This paper analyzes the impact of foreign banks on regional credit in China from the regional level. Furthermore, in the analysis at the regional level, this paper uses the data of GDP per capita in 2000. This paper divides our country into more developed regions and less developed regions, and makes regression analysis on the two types of regions, trying to analyze the difference of the influence of the entry of foreign banks on the credit in different economic development levels of our country. Regression results show. The entry level of foreign banks is negatively correlated with the credit level of our country on three levels. The total credit level of our country decreases with the increase of total assets of foreign banks. Lower entry levels. For regional credit. The total amount of credit is also shrinking with the entry of foreign banks. Generally speaking, foreign banks have brought about a contraction effect to the credit of our country. Based on the impact of the entry of foreign banks, this paper finally from the choice of foreign banks, the response measures of domestic banks, the response measures of loan institutions, the level of supervision of financial institutions in China. Financial infrastructure construction and other aspects of the corresponding suggestions.
