【摘要】：本文研究的是股票投资价值分析，作者选定友谊股份(上海友谊集团股份有限公司)作为分析对象，利用MBA学习期间掌握的相关知识，首先分析当前国家宏观经济发展形势和介绍当前我国证券市场的发展状况；其次，在行业分析的基础上，对公司基本面进行深入研究，运用SWOT分析方法重点分析该公司的市场竞争态势和发展战略，最后在对公司现状以及公司未来发展有一定了解的基础上，，预测公司未来的盈利情况和现金流量，运用贴现现金流模型以及市盈率等相对估值法对公司进行估值，其分析过程和方法可为投资者在证券市场的实际投资操作提供参考。
[Abstract]:This paper deals with the analysis of the value of stock investment and the author ' s selection of friendly shares ( Shanghai Friendship Group Co . , Ltd . ) as the analysis object . Based on the analysis of the industry , the author firstly analyzes the current situation of macro - economic development and introduces the development of the securities market in China . Secondly , on the basis of industry analysis , the company ' s market competition situation and development strategy are analyzed . Finally , based on the analysis of the industry , the company can forecast the future earnings and cash flow , and the analysis process and the method can provide reference for investors ' actual investment operation in the securities market .
