【摘要】：“三农”是当今社会社会主义新农村建设的关键,在发展“三农”的过程中遇到的最主要的问题就是资金的提供,所以应该加强“三农”金融服务,新型农村金融组织在实践和发展的过程中为“三农”的发展指明了新的发展方向。本文是以我国新型农村金融组织发展为研究,主要是以湖南为典型例子。本论文研究的新型农村金融组织包括银监会批准设立的村镇银行、贷款公司、农村资金互助社以及银监会和人民银行共同试点的小额贷款公司。这些金融组织不仅有正规金融组织的优势而且还有非正规金融机构的优势。为了进一步研究新型农村金融组织的发展采用的研究方法有理论研究法、文献资料分析法和实地调查法,并且有很清晰的研究步骤。第一,介绍一些金融机构并且对其进行了理论概述和分析,这样为新型农村金融组织发展提供了理论基础。第二,阐明了我国新型农村金融组织的概念,指出了其主要特征并且根据不同的特征进行了分类,之后进行了系统的分析。第三,以湖南省新型农村金融组织的发展为典型事例,努力对其的发展进行全面的了解和分析,而且指出了在发展过程中所存在的问题。第四,借鉴其他国家的经验对孟加拉国、印度、美国波特切斯特进行系统的分析,吸收它们的优点努力促进我国新型农村金融组织的发展。第五,在对以上问题进行研究分析之后,发现湖南省新型农村金融组织发展的新道路,努力为其发展提出可行性的意见和建议。
[Abstract]:"agriculture, countryside and farmers" is the key to the construction of the new socialist countryside in the present society. The most important problem encountered in the process of developing the "three rural areas" is the provision of funds, so we should strengthen the financial services of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers". New rural financial organizations in the process of practice and development for the development of "three rural" pointed out a new direction of development. This paper is based on the development of new rural financial organizations in China. Mainly take Hunan as a typical example. This paper studies the new rural financial organizations, including the CBRC approved the establishment of village banks, loan companies. The rural capital mutual credit union and the small loan company that the CBRC and the people's Bank jointly pilot. These financial organizations not only have the advantage of the formal financial organization but also the advantage of the informal financial institution. In order to further study the development of new rural financial organizations, there are theoretical research methods, literature analysis and field investigation methods, and there are very clear research steps. First. This paper introduces some financial institutions and gives a theoretical overview and analysis of them, which provides a theoretical basis for the development of new rural financial organizations. Secondly, it clarifies the concept of new rural financial organizations in China. Pointed out its main characteristics and according to different characteristics of classification, and then carried out a systematic analysis. Third, the development of new rural financial organizations in Hunan Province as a typical case. Efforts to make a comprehensive understanding and analysis of its development, and pointed out the problems in the process of development. 4th, learn from the experience of other countries to Bangladesh, India. Porter Chester of the United States carried out a systematic analysis, absorbing their advantages to promote the development of new rural financial organizations in China. 5th, after the analysis of the above issues. This paper finds out a new way for the development of new rural financial organizations in Hunan Province, and puts forward some feasible suggestions and suggestions for the development of the new rural financial organizations.
