【摘要】：我国的小额贷款公司自2008年《关于小额贷款公司试点的指导意见》一文颁布以后,在全国各地如雨后春笋般地发展起来,成为了金融市场上一个新兴的行业。我国小额贷款公司的发展不仅缓解了中小企业和农民融资难问题,同时也规范了民间金融市场,对进一步完善我国的金融体系起到了积极的作用。广西紧跟全国的步伐,于2009年成立了第一家小额贷款公司,随后,小额贷款公司在广西得到了迅速的发展。但是由于小额贷款公司还属于新生事物,其在广西的发展过程中出现了许多问题,这些问题若不能得到妥善地解决,势必会影响小额贷款公司在经济发展中发挥的作用。因此,对目前广西小额贷款公司的发展现状做一个较为详细的调研,发现其发展过程中存在的问题,并针对这些问题给出一定的建议和意见是十分有必要的。本文通过调研的方法,对广西小额贷款公司发展的整体现状,以及对一家具有代表性的小额贷款公司做重点研究,总结出目前广西小额贷款公司在发展中存在的问题,并针对问题提出改进的意见。本文共分为四个部分：第一部分概述本文的调研背景,并介绍调研的时间、地点等。第二部分是对笔者的调研情况做出具体的描述——广西小额贷款公司发展的整体情况以及A小额贷款公司发展的情况。第三部分中笔者根据调研的情况分析广西小额贷款公司发展的优势、问题、机遇以及存在的威胁等。第四部分中笔者以广西小额贷款公司经营者的角度出发,针对其存在的问题提出促进广西小额贷款公司发展的方案和建议。
[Abstract]:Since the promulgation of the "guidance on the pilot projects of Microcredit companies" in 2008, the microfinance companies in China have sprung up all over the country. It has become a new industry in the financial market. The development of microfinance companies not only alleviates the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises and farmers, but also standardizes the private financial market. To further improve our financial system has played a positive role. Following the pace of the whole country, Guangxi established the first microfinance company in 2009. Subsequently, the small loan company developed rapidly in Guangxi, but because of the small loan company is still a new thing. In the development of Guangxi, there are many problems, if these problems can not be properly resolved, will inevitably affect the role of microfinance companies in economic development. This paper makes a detailed investigation on the present development situation of Guangxi small loan Company, finds out the problems existing in its development process, and gives some suggestions and opinions in view of these problems. This article through the research method, to Guangxi microfinance company development overall present situation, as well as to a representative small loan company to do the key research. Summarize the problems existing in the development of Guangxi microfinance company and put forward suggestions for improvement. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part summarizes the research background of this paper and introduces the research time. The second part is to make a specific description of the author's research situation-the overall situation of the development of Guangxi microfinance company and the development of a small loan company. The third part of the author according to the investigation of the situation. This paper analyzes the advantages of the development of Guangxi microfinance companies. In part 4th, the author puts forward the plan and suggestions to promote the development of Guangxi microfinance company from the angle of the operators of Guangxi microfinance company.
