招商银行国际化的路径选择研究

【摘要】：经济贸易全球化的迅猛发展以及近年来金融危机的爆发，为中国股份制商业银行的国际化发展提供了良好的外部环境与投资契机，然而中资银行的国际化起步较晚经验不足，招商银行则是在此机遇与挑战并存之际，走出自己特色的国际化道路成为佼佼者。因此本文将选取招商银行为研究对象，通过研究招商银行国际化的路径选择，以期为其他中国股份制银行进军海外市场，实现跨越式发展提供理论与实践上的帮助。本文首先对招商银行成立以来在国际化道路上的发展历程做了简要的回顾，并用比较分析法探讨了招商银行与国有银行在国际化发展道路上的异同点。接着本文重点研究了招商银行未来国际化发展的路径选择，在分析其所处的宏观环境、产业环境以及内部环境的基础上，从招商银行国际化的区位选择与方式选择两方面进行剖析，认为招商银行在区位选择上，应该以香港和新加坡为切入点，逐步向东盟、韩国等地区发展，同时关注欧盟、美国、日本等发达国家，，并适当兼顾拉美、非洲等地区；而在扩张方式上，从长远来看应该以设立代表处、自建分行、再择机并购的方式逐步深入，近期则可抓住机会进行并购。最后本文以并购永隆银行为案例，从并购前的准备、并购的实施及并购后的整合等角度，对并购的效果进行评估并得出了一定的启示。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of economic and trade globalization and the outbreak of financial crisis in recent years provide a good external environment and investment opportunities for the international development of China's joint-stock commercial banks. However, the internationalization of Chinese banks started relatively late experience, China Merchants Bank is in this opportunity and challenge co-exist. Therefore, this paper will select China Merchants Bank as the research object, by studying the path choice of China Merchants Bank internationalization. The aim is to provide theoretical and practical help for other Chinese joint-stock banks to enter overseas market and realize leapfrog development. First of all, this paper makes a brief review of the development of China Merchants Bank (CMB) on the road of internationalization since its establishment. And then this paper discusses the similarities and differences between China Merchants Bank and state-owned banks on the road of internationalization development. Then this paper focuses on the path choice of China Merchants Bank's future international development. On the basis of analyzing the macro environment, industrial environment and internal environment, this paper analyzes the location choice and mode choice of China Merchants Bank from two aspects: the location choice of China Merchants Bank. We should take Hong Kong and Singapore as the starting point, gradually develop to ASEAN, South Korea and other regions, at the same time, we should pay attention to the developed countries such as the European Union, the United States and Japan, and give due consideration to Latin America, Africa and other regions. In the way of expansion, in the long run, we should set up representative office, set up branches, and then take the opportunity of mergers and acquisitions gradually, and in the near future, we can seize the opportunity to conduct mergers and acquisitions. Finally, this paper takes Yonglong Bank as a case study. This paper evaluates the effect of M & A from the angles of preparation before M & A, implementation of M & A and integration after M & A.
