【摘要】：近年来，在我国社会主义市场经济的迅速发展的背景下，银行业规模不断扩大，功能逐渐增多，机制日益完善，其作为我国金融业的支柱，在整个国民经济中的重要地位也日渐突出。随着全球经济一体化进程加快和我国金融市场逐步开放，实力雄厚的外资银行大规模登陆，与我国商业银行展开了全面竞争。作为我国金融体系的主体，商业银行进入了同时面临国内银行和国外银行双重竞争压力的时代。上市商业银行是我国银行业主体和金融行业最有活力的一部分，其竞争力水平的高低对我国经济发展有重大的意义，同时，上市银行的发展经验对国内其它未上市银行具有重要的借鉴作用。在这种情况下，上市商业银行作为我国商业银行的一面旗帜，如何进一步提升自身的竞争力，在金融竞争中居于有利地位，已经成为一项重大而迫切的任务。因此，对其竞争力状况进行客观、全面的分析和评价，对我国市场经济的建设和发展具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。本文首先系统的回顾了商业银行竞争力已有的研究成果，并综合阐述了竞争力及商业银行竞争力的内涵，同时对企业竞争力理论进行了概括和总结，在此基础上，遵循科学、全面、可得性等原则，建立上市商业银行竞争力评价指标体系，，展开对我国上市商业银行竞争力的实证研究。在实证分析部分，本文选取14家上市商业银行为研究样本，以各银行公布的2011年年报为样本数据来源，采用多元统计分析中的因子分析法，利用因子综合评分的结果，从盈利能力、安全能力、流动能力、规模实力、发展能力和创新能力等方面对这些上市商业银行的竞争力情况进行分析，并确定各银行的竞争力排名。最后，根据实证分析的结果，从多方面对提升我国上市商业银行的竞争力提出政策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's socialist market economy under the background of the banking industry continues to expand the scale, function gradually increased, the mechanism is increasingly perfect, as a pillar of China's financial industry, an important position in the whole national economy have become increasingly prominent. With the global economic integration and China's financial market gradually open, the strength of the large scale of foreign banks landing, launched a comprehensive competition of commercial banks in China. As the main body of China's financial system, commercial banks to enter the domestic and foreign banks are facing double pressure of competition era. At the same time, the listed commercial bank is a part of China's banking industry and the main financial industry's most dynamic, the level of competitiveness is of great significance to the economic development of our country at the same time, the experience of the development of listed banks is an important reference for other domestic non listed banks. In this case, the listed commercial banks as the banner of China's commercial banks, how to further enhance their competitiveness, the advantageous position in the financial competition, has become an important and urgent task. Therefore, the objective of the competitive situation, analysis and evaluation of the whole surface, it has important theoretical value and practical the significance of the construction and development of the market economy of our country.
This paper systematically reviews the results of research on the competitiveness of commercial banks have, and describes the concept of competitiveness and the competitiveness of commercial banks, the theory of the competitiveness of enterprises are summarized. On this basis, follow the scientific, comprehensive, availability principle, establishment of the listed commercial banks competitiveness evaluation index system of empirical Study on the competitiveness of listed commercial banks. In the part of empirical analysis, this paper selects 14 listed commercial banks as the research sample, the bank announced the 2011 Annual Report as the sample data source produced by the method of factor analysis in multivariate statistical analysis, using factor comprehensive evaluation results from profitability, safety, liquidity the size, strength, analysis ability and innovation ability and other aspects of the competitiveness of listed commercial banks, and to determine the ranking of each bank's competitiveness. Finally, according to the results of the empirical analysis, we put forward some policy suggestions to improve the competitiveness of the listed commercial banks in China.
