【摘要】：正如何促使金融业既能为节能减排提供强有力的资金支持,又能更好地发挥其作为经济杠杆的作用,值得相关部门密功关注国家实施振兴东北地区老工业基地战略以来,老工业基地的各项事业重新焕发了生机,而对东北地区老工业基地节能减排的相关金融支持政策,这些年也在不断变化和改善,尤其是"十一五"期间,老工业基地节能减排工作取得了重要进展。但同时也应该看到,"十二五"期间国内外形势
[Abstract]:How to promote the financial industry not only to provide strong financial support for energy conservation and emission reduction, but also to better play its role as an economic lever. Since the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, the undertakings of the old industrial base have been revitalized again. The relevant financial support policies on energy saving and emission reduction in the old industrial bases in Northeast China are also changing and improving in recent years, especially during the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period. Important progress has been made in energy conservation and emission reduction in the old industrial bases.
