包商银行包头分行负债业务发展的策略分析

【摘要】:近年来,我国经济增速放缓,经济金融形势面临下行压力,国家实施紧缩性的财政与货币政策,银行在吸收资金业务方面面临着前所未有的考验。随着我国不断推进利率市场化进程,银行负债业务的经营必须加大业务创新工作。在负债业务创新方面,五大国有银行已提交了大额可转让存单业务资格申请,推进银行产品市场化进程,也更加剧了负债业务的产品竞争,因此商业银行必须积极寻求新的负债业务增长点。然而,从银行业务发展模式看,银行传统的业务模式往往注重关系营销和价格竞争的较低层面,只满足客户的某一项资金需求,导致基础客户增长缓慢,存款负债业务稳定性及增长性较差,阻碍了商业银行负债业务的持续发展。 对于包商银行包头分行的负债业务而言,经营模式仍以传统的吸收存款业务为主,缺乏创新动力,同时对负债管理也缺乏系统的理论,对自身负债业务发展存在一定的瓶颈。如何在激烈的竞争中突破盈利障碍,拓宽差异化经营的空间,探索业务发展的新路径,已成为包商银行包头分行当前亟待研究的重要课题。本文通过研究我国商业银行负债业务的发展现状,明确了商业银行负债业务的发展特征及发展趋势,并结合包头分行负债业务的发展现状,对其负债业务发展的外部环境进行了分析和对比,在此基础之上,利用SWOT分析方法,对包商银行包头分行负债业务发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行了研究,提出下一步包头分行负债业务的发展定位,一是服务本地民营、本地中小企业的业务发展定位。二是积极探索主动负债业务,改变现有负债业务的结构,增强业务产品的竞争力。三是积极打造零售业务模式,增加客户数量,解决有效客户少的现状。从这三个方向出发,对包商银行包头分行负债业务发展提出具体的实施措施和路径。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's economic growth rate has slowed down, the economic and financial situation is facing downward pressure, and the country has implemented tight fiscal and monetary policies. Banks are facing an unprecedented test in absorbing capital business. With the development of interest rate marketization in China, the operation of bank debt business must increase its business innovation. Five state-owned banks have submitted a large amount of transferable certificates of deposit business qualification applications to promote the marketization process of bank products, but also exacerbated the debt business product competition. Therefore, commercial banks must actively seek new growth points of debt business. However, from the perspective of the development model of banking business, the traditional business model of banks often pays attention to the lower level of relationship marketing and price competition. Only one item of capital needs of customers is satisfied, which leads to slow growth of basic customers and poor stability and growth of deposit liability business, which hinders the sustainable development of debt business of commercial banks. For the liability business of Baotou Branch of the contractor Bank, the business model is still based on the traditional deposit-taking business, lacking of innovative motivation, and also lack of systematic theory on debt management. There is a certain bottleneck to the development of its own debt business. How to break through the profit barrier in the fierce competition, broaden the space of differentiated operation, and explore the new way of business development. Baotou Branch of the contractor Bank has become an important subject to be studied. This paper studies the current situation of the debt business of commercial banks in China, and clarifies the development characteristics and development trend of the debt business of commercial banks. Combined with the development of liability business in Baotou Branch, the external environment of its debt business development is analyzed and compared. On this basis, the SWOT analysis method is used. This paper studies the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of the liability business of Baotou Branch of the contractor Bank, and puts forward the development orientation of the liability business of Baotou Branch in the next step, which is to serve the local private sector. The second is to actively explore the active debt business, change the structure of the existing debt business, enhance the competitiveness of business products. Third, actively create a retail business model to increase the number of customers. From these three directions, the paper puts forward the concrete implementation measures and paths to the development of the liability business of Baotou branch of the contractor bank.
