佛山农商银行存款业务市场拓展调研报告

【摘要】:存款是商业银行的生命线,随着利率市场化进程的加快,存款市场的竞争也越来越激烈。当前无论是从理论方面,还是实践方面,专注于存款业务策略的研究还很少。这种局面,一方面使“揽存必须靠关系”等认识误区大行其道,导致商业银行不能正确认识并建立正确的存款业务渠道;另一方面也导致商业银行不能采取适当的存款拓展策略。本文以佛山农商银行为依托,采用调查问卷及座谈形式深入分析佛山农商银行存款业务市场现状及存在的问题,并在明确佛山农商银行存款业务市场优势、劣势、威胁与机会的基础上,为佛山农商银行存款业务市场的进一步拓展提出了建议,最后根据调研情况进行总结,针对中小商业银行存款业务市场的拓展提出了相应建议。
[Abstract]:Deposit is the lifeline of commercial banks. With the acceleration of interest rate marketization, the competition in deposit market is becoming more and more fierce. There are few researches focused on deposit business strategy. This situation, on the one hand, makes misunderstandings such as "the relationship must rely on deposit" to spread, leading to the commercial banks can not correctly understand and establish the correct channel of deposit business; On the other hand, commercial banks can not take appropriate deposit expansion strategy. Based on Foshan Agricultural and Commercial Bank, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of deposit business market of Foshan Agricultural Commercial Bank by questionnaire and discussion. On the basis of defining the market advantages, disadvantages, threats and opportunities of Foshan Agricultural Commercial Bank deposit business, the paper puts forward some suggestions for further development of Foshan Agricultural Commercial Bank deposit business market, and finally summarizes the situation according to the investigation. This paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for the development of deposit business market of medium and small commercial banks.
