【摘要】：科学地确定企业融资目标对于完善企业财务管理理论和优化企业财务管理行为,实现财务管理系统的良性循环具有重大现实意义。本文介绍企业融资目标体系,分析了投资者考察企业融资能力的三大方面,并分别对其在市场经济中的运用及完善提出建议,改善企业财务结构,提高企业偿债能力,最终提高企业的盈利能力,促进企业持续稳定地发展。
[Abstract]:It is of great practical significance to determine the enterprise financing target scientifically for perfecting the theory of enterprise financial management, optimizing the behavior of enterprise financial management and realizing the virtuous circle of financial management system. This paper analyzes on the three aspects of the investors' investigation of the enterprise's financing ability, and puts forward some suggestions for its application and improvement in the market economy, so as to improve the enterprise's financial structure, enhance the enterprise's solvency, and finally improve the enterprise's profitability.
