农村金融支持新农村建设的问题与对策

【摘要】：金融是现代经济发展的重要组成部分,甚至是核心组成部分,国金融发展程度对其经济社会发展水平具有深刻影响,同样农村金融体系发展水平也对农村社会经济发展具有直接和深刻影响。由于我国东西部发展失衡,工业和农业发展失衡,因此促进农村经济社会发展是我国发展过程中必须面对的重大课题。现代经济社会条件下,农村金融发展水平是制约农村经济发展的诸多因素中最为重要的一个。因此,中国的社会主义新农村建设和农村经济社会的现代化,务必要加强对农村金融体系和制度的建设和完善,研究新农村建设中的金融支持问题也就理所应当。本文分析了农村金融发展与新农村建设之间的关系,然后对我国农村金融发展水平和现状进行总结,进而分析了其存在的问题和引发各种问题的原因,最后有针对性地提出解决农村金融支持新农村建设,解决自身存在问题的对策建议。全文共分为五个部分：第一部分,导论。本部分主要对该课题研究的背景、意义和研究方法、思路等进行了阐述。第二部分,农村金融理论与经济增长理论。本章主要归纳整理了金融发展、经济增长相关理论和中外学者的研究现状。第三部分,我国以农村金融支持新农村建设的必要性。农村经济的增长是农村金融发展的基础和根据,金融支持为农村的经济和社会发展提供了必要支撑。二者是相互作用的,二者相互作用机制也证明了他们的内在统一性。也就是说,农村金融发展与农村经济发展发展的良性循环,是实现农村经济主体利益最大化的重要途径。第四部分,我国农村金融现状、问题及原因。本章在总结农村经济和农村金融发展状况的基础上,分析其存在的问题,即农村金融与农村经济间并非内生关系,因此农村金融尚不能适应农村经济社会发展要求,进而支撑农村经济社会发展。第五部分,农村金融支持农村经济发展的对策建议。本章通过分析世界发达国家和典型发展中国家农村金融支持农村经济社会发展的案例,得出农村金融支持农村经济社会发展的经验。并针对我国农村金融支持新农村建设的具体问题,提出了农村金融促进农村经济社会发展的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:Finance is an important part or even the core part of modern economic development. The degree of financial development in China has a profound impact on its level of economic and social development. Similarly, the level of development of the rural financial system also has a direct and profound impact on the development of rural society and economy. Due to the imbalance in the development of China's east, west and west, the development of industry and agriculture is out of balance. Therefore, promoting the development of rural economy and society is an important subject in the process of development of our country. Under modern economic and social conditions, the level of rural financial development is one of the most important factors restricting the development of rural economy. In the construction of new socialist countryside and the modernization of rural economy and society, it is necessary to strengthen the construction and perfection of rural financial system and system, and to study the problem of financial support in the construction of new countryside. This paper analyzes the relationship between the development of rural finance and the construction of new countryside, then summarizes the level and status of rural finance development in China, and then analyzes the existing problems and causes of various problems. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems existing in the rural finance supporting the construction of new countryside. The full text is divided into five parts:. The first part, introduction. This part mainly describes the background, significance, research methods, ideas and so on. The second part, rural finance theory and economic growth theory, this chapter mainly summarizes the financial development, the economic growth related theory and the domestic and foreign scholars' research present situation. The third part, the necessity of supporting new rural construction with rural finance. The growth of rural economy is the foundation and basis of rural financial development. Financial support provides the necessary support for rural economic and social development. The two are interacted, and the mechanism of their interaction also proves their intrinsic unity. The virtuous circle of rural financial development and rural economic development is an important way to maximize the main interests of rural economy. Part 4th, the current situation, problems and reasons of rural finance in China. Based on the summary of rural economy and the development of rural finance, this chapter analyzes the existing problems, that is, the relationship between rural finance and rural economy is not endogenous. Therefore, rural finance can not meet the needs of rural economic and social development, and then support rural economic and social development. Part 5th, the countermeasures and suggestions of rural finance supporting rural economic development. This chapter analyzes the cases of rural finance supporting rural economic and social development in developed countries and typical developing countries. The experience of rural finance supporting the development of rural economy and society is obtained, and the countermeasures and suggestions of rural finance to promote rural economic and social development are put forward in view of the specific problems of rural finance supporting the construction of new countryside.
