基于希腊债务危机分析欧债危机对欧元的影响

【摘要】：2009年底，希腊巨额债务公之于世，欧盟为之震动，随后希腊债务危机的爆发和迅速蔓延更是让欧盟始料未及。作为欧元区成员国的希腊深陷债务危机，随时可能出现主权信用破产，为了避免这一情况的出现，，欧盟不得不违背《稳定与发展条约》先后分批给予希腊大量资金援助，但这并没能从根本上帮助希腊从债务危机中解脱出来，反而使得债务危机影响越来越广。希腊债务危机不仅揭开了欧债危机的序幕，也揭露了欧元运行机制中的种种问题。希腊作为欧元运行机制中最为薄弱的一环，债务问题的出现，就像多米诺骨牌一样，引发了一系列的连锁反应。先是希腊债务危机的爆发，然后是整个欧盟陷入债务危机。欧元在这整个过程中，起着很重要的作用。可以说欧债危机本质上是欧元的危机。欧元作为欧盟经济一体化进程的重要标志，是几代欧洲人努力的结果。在建立欧元之初，欧洲经济学家们精心设计了一系列的运行制度，想以此来让欧元能够平稳的运行和发展。但欧债危机的爆发，暴露了欧元运行机制和欧元区内部的问题，让人们看到了这一运行机制中的缺陷，而这些问题甚至一度让欧元存在崩溃的危险。本文将尝试分析希腊债务危机的基础上，分析欧债危机对欧元产生了哪些影响，以及欧元目前所面临的困境，针对这些问题，尝试找出解决欧元危机的对策。让欧元能够摆脱目前所面临的问题，更好地为维护国际货币体系的多元化以及世界经济的健康发展作出贡献。
[Abstract]:In end of 2009, when Greece's huge debt came to light, the European Union shook it, and then the outbreak and rapid spread of Greece's debt crisis made it even more unexpected. Greece, a member of the euro zone, is in deep debt crisis. Sovereign credit bankruptcy may occur at any time. In order to avoid this situation, the European Union had to give Greece a large amount of financial aid in batches in violation of the "Stability and Development Pact." But this has not fundamentally helped Greece to extricate itself from the debt crisis, which has not only opened the door to the European debt crisis, but also made the debt crisis more widespread. Greece, the weakest part of the euro's operating mechanism, has a debt problem like a domino. It triggered a series of ripple effects. First the Greek debt crisis broke out, then the entire European Union fell into the debt crisis. The euro played a very important role in the whole process. It can be said that the European debt crisis is essentially a euro crisis. The euro, as an important symbol of the EU's economic integration process, was the result of the efforts of several generations of Europeans. When the euro was founded, European economists carefully designed a series of operating systems. In order to make the euro run and develop smoothly, however, the outbreak of the European debt crisis exposed the operational mechanism of the euro and the problems within the euro zone, and made people see the shortcomings of this mechanism. These problems even threatened to collapse the euro. Based on the analysis of the Greek debt crisis, this paper will analyze the impact of the European debt crisis on the euro, as well as the difficulties faced by the euro at present, aiming at these problems. Try to find a solution to the euro crisis. Let the euro get rid of the current problems and make a better contribution to maintaining the diversification of the international monetary system and the healthy development of the world economy.
