我国商业银行国际贸易融资风险及其管理对策

【摘要】：近几年来，随着我国经济国际化脚步的不断加快，我国在对外贸易领域获得了很大的发展，这也为我国商业银行发展国际贸易融资业务开拓了国际市场。与此同时，相关的国际贸易融资业务风险也随之而来。因此，以我国商业银行贸易融资业务面临的现实约束作为依据，研究贸易融资创新的思路、策略和方法，以及创新风险的评价与管理，对于改善我国商业银行国际贸易融资业务落后的状况，提高业务运作效率和创新能力，都是具有重要的理论价值和现实意义的。由于我国商业银行开展国际贸易融资业务的时间较短，对于相关风险的防范意识和防范能力也不强,所以在置身于竞争日趋激烈的国际市场中时，我国商业银行如何迎头赶上，，积极扩大国际贸易融资业务范围，最大限度地争得国际贸易融资效益，同时又要有效地防范和控制国际贸易融资风险，这成为了我国各家商业银行热切关注的话题。从我国的实际情况出发，本文以我国商业银行国际贸易融资业务的风险评价和监管体制作为研究对象，通过对国际贸易融资业务和风险的相关介绍，以及对西方发达国家商业银行国际贸易融资业务方面先进经验的借鉴，探究我国商业银行国际贸易融资业务风险形成因素，针对目前我国商业银行贸易融资业务中存在的一些主要问题，剖析我国国际贸易融资产品的风险；以层次分析法作为主要方法，提出了加强我国商业银行国际贸易融资业务风险管理的有效方法；最后提出了我国商业银行应当建立和完善我国商业银行内部控制管理体系,建立有效防范国际贸易融资业务风险的组织结构,完善我国与国际贸易融资业务相关的法律法规,不断提高融资业务管理人员素质,从而使我国商业银行对国际贸易融资业务风险的防范意识和能力得以提高。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the accelerating pace of economic internationalization in China, China has made great progress in the field of foreign trade, which has also opened up the international market for the development of international trade financing business of Chinese commercial banks. Therefore, based on the practical constraints faced by commercial banks in China, this paper studies the ideas, strategies and methods of trade finance innovation. The evaluation and management of innovation risk can improve the backward situation of international trade financing business of commercial banks in China, and improve the operational efficiency and innovation ability of commercial banks. All of them have important theoretical value and practical significance. Because of the short time for Chinese commercial banks to carry out international trade financing business, the awareness and ability to guard against related risks are not strong. So when we are in the increasingly competitive international market, how can our commercial banks catch up with each other, actively expand the scope of international trade financing business, and maximize the benefits of international trade financing? At the same time, it is necessary to prevent and control the risk of international trade financing effectively, which has become the hot topic of our commercial banks. Based on the actual situation of our country, this paper takes the risk evaluation and supervision system of the international trade financing business of our commercial banks as the research object, through the related introduction to the international trade financing business and risk. The paper also explores the risk factors of international trade financing business of commercial banks in China by drawing lessons from the advanced experience in international trade financing business of commercial banks in western countries. Aiming at some main problems existing in the trade financing business of commercial banks in our country, this paper analyzes the risks of international trade financing products in China, takes the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) as the main method, This paper puts forward the effective methods to strengthen the risk management of the international trade financing business of Chinese commercial banks, and finally puts forward that our commercial banks should establish and perfect the internal control management system of our country's commercial banks. To establish an effective organization structure to prevent the risks of international trade financing business, to perfect the laws and regulations related to international trade financing business, and to continuously improve the quality of financing business managers. Therefore, the awareness and ability of our commercial banks to guard against the risks of international trade financing can be improved.
