工商银行昆明市A支行电子银行业务发展策略研究

【摘要】:自1999年国内银行推出网上银行服务以来,随着互联网技术的飞速发展,国内电子银行不断加强业务发展和创新,在10多年的发展中,取得了快速增长,电子银行的替代作用不容小觑。目前电子银行业务主要包括网上银行、手机银行、电话银行、短信银行、电视银行、自助银行等,业务涵盖了银行传统业务及理财、贵金属交易、外汇买卖、账户原油、无卡取现等创新业务。电子银行业务在经历了单纯的渠道扩张和传统业务覆盖后,开始进入全新的发展阶段,在推动商业银行战略转型方面发挥着重要作用。 本文共分六个部分,第一部分从电子银行的研究背景开始,简述国内外电子银行发展历史,探讨了电子银行发展的历程及发展过程中存在的问题。电子银行的快速发展必将改变银行传统的经营理念和经营模式,电子银行将成为未来商业银行发展的趋势。针对工商银行昆明市A支行电子银行业务发展情况,提出具体的研究路线和方法。第二部分阐述了传统商业银行业务以及电子银行发展在传统银行转型中的作用分析,并以工行为例,具体说明了电子银行发展的营销、服务和管理体系。第三部分主要对A支行业务发展状况及电子银行业务发展情况进行分析,提出目前A支行电子银行发展特点及存在的问题。第四部分从业务结构、客户群、SWOT分析法三个角度对A支行业务进行详尽的分析,通过各种具体的数据来清晰认识目前电子银行客户结构不合理、业务发展重量轻质的问题。第五部分从“电子银行发展战略目标、电子银行产品营销策略、电子银行服务支撑系统建设策略、电子银行发展管理体系建设策略”四个方面对A支行电子银行业务发展进行探索,提出了A支行电子银行业务发展与营销策略。 本文具有一定的参考价值,提出了一些新思想、新观点,对基层银行的电子银行业务发展有一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Since 1999, with the rapid development of Internet technology, the domestic electronic bank has been strengthening the business development and innovation, and has achieved rapid growth in the development of more than 10 years. At present, the electronic banking business mainly includes online banking, mobile banking, telephone banking, short message banking, television banking, self-help banking, and so on. It covers the traditional business of banking and financial management. Precious metals trading, foreign exchange trading, account crude oil, non-card withdrawals, and other innovative businesses. After pure channel expansion and traditional business coverage, the electronic banking business has begun to enter a new stage of development. It plays an important role in promoting the strategic transformation of commercial banks. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part begins with the research background of electronic banking, and briefly describes the development history of electronic banking at home and abroad. This paper probes into the course of the development of electronic bank and the problems existing in the course of its development. The rapid development of electronic bank will change the traditional management idea and mode of the bank. Electronic banking will become the development trend of commercial banks in the future. The second part expounds the role of traditional commercial banking and the development of electronic banking in the transformation of traditional banks, and takes ICBC as an example to explain the marketing of the development of electronic banking. Service and management system. The third part mainly analyzes the development of branch A business and electronic banking business, and puts forward the development characteristics and existing problems of branch A electronic bank. 4th part from the business structure, Customer group SWOT analysis from three angles to conduct a detailed analysis of branch A business, through a variety of specific data to clearly understand the current electronic banking customer structure is unreasonable, 5th part from the "electronic banking development strategy objectives, electronic banking product marketing strategy, electronic banking service support system construction strategy," This paper probes into the development of E-bank business in Sub-branch A from four aspects, and puts forward the development and marketing strategy of E-Banking in Sub-Branch A. This paper has some reference value, and puts forward some new ideas and viewpoints, which can be used for reference to the development of the electronic banking business of the basic bank.
