【摘要】：正目前,我国的人均收入达到3800美元,已经超过了中等收入国家的收入标准,亟须加速实现经济发展方式的转变,改变经济发展的不平衡、不协调和不可持续的问题。对此,要有危机感。当然,任何国家的发展都绝非一帆风顺。纵观历史,一些中等收入国家进入这一阶段后,往往会出现数十年停滞不前,甚至最终退回到低收入国家的行列。这样的例子不胜枚举。诺贝尔奖得主迈克尔·
[Abstract]:At present, China's per capita income has reached US $3,800, which has already exceeded the income standard of middle-income countries. It is urgent to accelerate the transformation of the mode of economic development and to change the imbalance, uncoordinated and unsustainable economic development. There must be a sense of crisis. Of course, the development of any country is by no means smooth. Throughout history, some middle-income countries have experienced decades of stagnation as they enter this stage. Even eventually retreated to the ranks of low-income countries. Such examples abound.
