重庆农村商业银行竞争力分析

【摘要】：本文对重庆农村商业银行竞争力（下称：重庆农商行）进行分析和研究。自1997年重庆升为直辖市后，我市金融业发展迅猛。在重庆市，外资银行、城市商业银行纷纷设立分支机构，内资银行也积极地进行股份制改革，，村镇银行在重点县级领域布点，重庆农商行的发展面临着前所未有的挑战。因此，重庆农商行应如何整合自身的优势资源，以提升市场竞争力水平，同各大商业银行、外资银行、村镇银行等进行竞争，这是一个非常重要的课题。本文综合了指标评价法和层次分析方法（AHP）的优势。先借鉴指标评价法将评价指标分为现实竞争力指标和潜在竞争力指标两大类，再利用YAAHP软件对各指标间进行两两打分，得出各指标的综合权重。同时为了更为详细地分析重庆农商行综合竞争力水平，本文根据评价指标体系对重庆农商行、农行重庆分行、重庆银行、各指标进行对比分析，得出重庆农商行的综合竞争力水平及竞争优势、竞争劣势。有针对性地提出提升重庆农商行竞争力水平的对策。第一，开展金融产品和服务创新，增强重庆农村商业银行的盈利能力；第二，完善管理机制，提升重庆农商行风险管理水平；第三，加大经济资本管控力度，进一步加强流动性资产管理；第四，加强财务管理，完善制度体系，不断规范财务行为；第五，优化员工结构，强化员工培训，加强人才队伍建设。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes and studies the competitiveness of Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank (Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank). Since 1997, Chongqing has become a municipality directly under the Central Government. City commercial banks have set up branches one after another, domestic banks have also been actively engaged in joint stock system reform, village and town banks have been deployed in key county-level areas, and the development of Chongqing agricultural and commercial banks is facing unprecedented challenges. How to integrate the advantage resources of Chongqing Agricultural and Commercial Bank in order to improve the level of market competitiveness and compete with the major commercial banks, foreign banks, village banks and so on is a very important subject. This paper synthesizes the advantages of the index evaluation method and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. Firstly, the evaluation index is divided into realistic competitiveness index and potential competitiveness index by using the index evaluation method, and then each index is graded by YAAHP software. At the same time, in order to analyze the level of comprehensive competitiveness of Chongqing agribusiness bank in more detail, this paper makes a comparative analysis on Chongqing agricultural commercial bank, agricultural bank Chongqing branch, Chongqing bank, and each index according to the evaluation index system. The comprehensive competitive level, competitive advantage and competitive disadvantage of Chongqing agribusiness bank are obtained. The countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness level of Chongqing agribusiness bank are put forward. First, the innovation of financial products and services is carried out. Strengthen the profitability of Chongqing rural commercial banks; second, improve the management mechanism to enhance the level of risk management of Chongqing agribusiness; third, increase the control of economic capital, further strengthen the management of liquid assets; 4th, strengthen financial management, Perfect the system system, standardize the financial behavior constantly; 5th, optimize the staff structure, strengthen the staff training, strengthen the construction of the talent team.
