【摘要】：近年来，随着我国经济的不断发展和金融市场的不断开放，中国银行的内外部环境发生了很大的变化。内外部环境的不断变化，使我国商业银行与非银行金融机构、外资银行之间的市场竞争更加激烈，而从中国银行目前的运营模式来看，还存在很多问题。因此，为改变这一被动局面，中国银行需要进一步进行运营模式的创新，以适应当前金融环境发展的要求。本文首先研究了我国商业银行现有的运营模式，，对我国商业银行现有运营模式的优点、存在问题和不足进行了分析，然后通过对美国花旗银行和德意志银行的选择分析，国外商业银行经营模式的两个代表，结合西方国家商业银行有关运营模式的理论总结出其成熟经验，并结合通过对中国商业银行的基本问题需要重点解决的组织结构的重新设计，改变线性泛函结构呈现，矩阵式组织结构的变化，“中间”的革命，压缩管理水平，消除等级官僚制的结论。并根据在这方面，西方商业银行的成熟做法，西方发达国家的商业银行经营模式成熟经验进行了借鉴。同时，本文还以中国银行为例，对中国银行运营模式存在问题及创新条件进行了分析，并根据国外商业银行的先进模式，提出了中国银行创新运营模式的措施。本文通过对中国银行运营模式创新研究的论述，希望能够在一定程度上对中国银行运营模式的创新起到指导作用。同时，也希望能够对其他商业银行运营模式的创新起到很好的借鉴作用，从而推动我国商业银行乃至整个金融行业的快速发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of China's economy and the opening of the financial market, the internal and external environment of the Bank of China has undergone great changes. The market competition among foreign banks is more intense, and from the perspective of the current operation mode of the Bank of China, there are still many problems. Therefore, in order to change this passive situation, the Bank of China needs to further innovate its operation mode. In order to adapt to the development of the current financial environment. This paper first studies the existing operation mode of commercial banks in China, analyzes the advantages, existing problems and shortcomings of the existing operation modes of commercial banks in China, and then analyzes the selection of Citibank and Deutsche Bank in the United States. The two representatives of foreign commercial banks' business models have summed up their mature experience in combination with the theories of commercial banks in western countries. In combination with the redesign of the organizational structure of China's commercial banks, which needs to be solved, the presentation of the linear functional structure, the change of the matrix organizational structure, the revolution in the "middle", and the reduction of the management level, The conclusion of eliminating hierarchical bureaucracy. According to the mature practices of western commercial banks in this respect, the mature experience of commercial banks in western developed countries has been used for reference. At the same time, this paper also takes Bank of China as an example. This paper analyzes the existing problems and innovative conditions of the operation mode of the Bank of China, and puts forward the measures of innovating the operation mode of the Bank of China according to the advanced mode of foreign commercial banks. This paper discusses the innovation of the operation mode of Bank of China, hoping to play a guiding role in the innovation of the operation mode of the Bank of China to a certain extent. It is also hoped that it can be used for reference to the innovation of other commercial banks' operation mode, thus promoting the rapid development of our commercial banks and even the whole financial industry.
