【摘要】:中小企业融资难是一个全球普遍存在的问题,特别是对于初创企业的融资更是如此。2009年美国出现了网上众筹(Crowdfunding)这一新兴融资模式,它通过网络平台面向公众筹资,让有创造力的人们可以获得他们所需要的资金,从而使他们的梦想有可能实现。这种模式的兴起打破了传统的融资模式,每一个普通人都可以通过这种众筹模式获得从事某项创作或活动的资金,使得融资的来源不再局限于风险投资等机构,还可以来源于大众。国外以‘'Kickstartes"为代表的众筹平台/网站很火爆,截止2013年9月1日,成功筹资的项目47893个,有470多万人次参与投资,成功筹资7.68亿美元。 复制到国内的众筹网站也很多:“点名时间”,积木,追梦网,淘梦网,觉JUE.S0,等等,其中“点名时间”是国内上线最早、发展最快、最成熟的众筹网络平台,可作为典型代表。据统计,截止到2012年7月,“点名时间”上线一年的时间,共收到5500个左右的项目提案,通过审核上线的项目有318个,其中150个项目成功达到筹资目标,项目筹资的成功率为47%,总共筹集到资金近300万人民币,平均每个项目筹集金额9267元,平均每笔支持金额107元。至2013年7月,“点名时间”在两年时间里总共收到7000多个项目提案,上线700多个,近半数项目融资成功。截止2013年9月1日,“大鱼·海棠——一部给少年带来信仰的动画电影”这个项目为最高筹资金额项目,成功筹到158万人民币。 众筹是众包的应用,其原理也是利用广大大众的力量,即使每人出1元钱,如果全国人民都参与,也可筹到十几亿的巨额资金。随着网上众筹的快速发展,专家学者对其关注和研究也显著增加。但由于其出现的时间不到四年,特别在国内也只有两年的时间,所以对其研究还是有限。 本文以“点名时间”平台上的4个典型案例为分析对象,其中有的案例筹资成功,而有的筹资失败,通过失败和成功案例之间的比较,研究目的有:(1)应用描述性案例研究方法,探讨众筹网站上的项目有何点;(2)项目管理无处不在,本文从项目管理的角度,用项目管理知识理论,对比分析左右项目筹资成功的因素。其中,重点探讨沟通管理又是如何贯穿整个项目的筹资过程的。 本文研究意义在于整合以往对于众筹的研究,从项目管理角度上全面分析和总结影响我国网上众筹项目筹资成功的关键因素,提高项目筹资成功几率,帮助追梦人实现梦想,为投资者分享追梦者的创意,达到项目干系人满意,从而更好发展网上众筹这一融资模式,进而为我国中小企业融资难以及促进民间融资的正规化、合法化提供一些启示。
