湖南省农业银行营业部中小企业信贷业务拓展研究

【摘要】:近年来,长沙地区的中小企业在数量和规模上发展快速,成为经济发展的发动机和推动器。同时,长沙地区银行业金融机构已经意识到中小企业客户群体拓展带来的巨大利益,中小企业信贷市场的竞争越来越激烈。中国农业银行总行提出了大力发展中小企业信贷业务、积极抢占中小企业信贷市场的经营战略,这对湖南省农行营业部发展中小企业信贷业务提出了更高的要求。然而,农行营业部正处于银行改制后的转型期,其信贷业务发展战略仍延续“双大”战略,对中小企业客户重视不足。因而,如何促进湖南省农行营业部中小企业信贷业务拓展成为一个值得研究的课题。 本文首先对选题的背景、意义,国内外相关文献,以及研究的内容和方法进行了简要的介绍;然后,针对湖南省农行营业部的基本情况及在开展中小企业信贷业务过程中出现的问题及原因进行分析,并结合该业务发展的宏微观环境,SWOT分析该行发展中小企业信贷业务的优劣势及机会和威胁;接着,根据湖南省农行营业部特点,着重从信贷业务战略定位、营销组合策略、丰富担保品种、建立科学的中小企业信贷业务评价体系等4个方面进行策略设计;最后,为确保中小企业信贷业务拓展策略的顺利实施,完善了相应的组织及评价体系保障,并对策略实施效果进行了综合评价。 本文的研究意义在于,通过对湖南省分行农行营业部开展中小企业信贷业务的分析,提出更为适合长沙本地的中小企业信贷需求特点和符合农行湖南省分行营业部实际情况的中小企业信贷业务发展策略,对农行湖南省分行营业部发展中小企业信贷业务具有一定的指导作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, small and medium-sized enterprises in Changsha have developed rapidly in number and scale, and become the engine and driver of economic development. At the same time, the banking and financial institutions in Changsha have realized the huge benefits brought by the expansion of small and medium-sized enterprises' customer groups. The competition in the credit market of small and medium-sized enterprises is becoming more and more intense. The head office of Agricultural Bank of China has put forward the management strategy of vigorously developing the credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises and actively seizing the credit market of small and medium-sized enterprises. This puts forward higher requirements for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises' credit business by the Business Department of Agricultural Bank of Hunan Province. However, Agricultural Bank of China's business department is in the transition period after the reform of the banking system, and its credit business development strategy still continues the "double big" strategy. Therefore, it is worth studying how to promote the development of SME credit business in Agricultural Bank of Hunan Province. In this paper, the background, significance, domestic and foreign literature, and research contents and methods of the topic are briefly introduced. According to the basic situation of Hunan Agricultural Bank's business department and the problems and reasons in the process of developing the small and medium-sized enterprises' credit business, Combined with the macro and micro environment of the business development, SWOT analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the bank's development of small and medium-sized enterprises' credit business, and then, according to the characteristics of Hunan Agricultural Bank's business department, it focuses on the strategic positioning of the credit business and the marketing mix strategy. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the SME credit business expansion strategy, the corresponding organization and evaluation system is improved, and four aspects of strategy design are carried out to enrich the guarantee varieties and establish a scientific evaluation system for SMEs' credit business, and finally, to ensure the smooth implementation of the SME credit business expansion strategy, The implementation effect of the strategy is evaluated synthetically. The significance of this paper lies in the analysis of the credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises carried out by the branch of Agricultural Bank of Hunan Province. Put forward the development strategy of SME credit business, which is more suitable for the characteristics of credit demand of small and medium-sized enterprises in Changsha and the actual situation of the business department of Agricultural Bank of Hunan Province. Agricultural Bank of Hunan Branch Business Department to develop small and medium-sized credit business has a certain role in guidance.
