中美商业银行个人理财业务的比较分析

【摘要】:随着经济快速发展,我国国内生产总值(GDP)从2006年的209407亿元,增长到2012年的519322亿元,增长了约2.47倍,年均增长率在10%左右,居民生活水平不断提高,财富收益不断增长。在通货膨胀的影响下,人们为了减少负利率的影响,开始有意识的减少储蓄的比例并寻找新的投资方式,但是在世界经济危机的背景下,我国股市从最高的6124点下降到现在的2000多点,使原本火爆的股票市场和基金市场迅速降温,大量的资产从两个市场中撤离,同时,房地产市场也从2008年之前的非理性走高变得萎靡不振。这就给我国商业银行个人理财业务提供了难得的发展机遇,相对稳健的银行理财产品开始受到人们的青睐。 本文对国内外有关商业银行个人理财业务的研究进行了归纳整理并对个人理财的相关理论进行了研究,在此基础上以美国个人理财业务为切入点,运用比较分析法对中美商业银行个人理财业务进行对比分析,思考得出了我国个人理财业务的改革亮点和创新之处。本文首先阐述了论文的选题依据,并对国内外有关商业银行开展个人理财业务的研究文献进行了归纳整理;其次,介绍了个人理财业务的内涵、分类和相关理论,,并分别对比分析了中美两国个人理财业务的发展阶段和发展现状;第三是通过对金融环境、财富环境和法律环境的对比,分析出中美商业银行个人理财业务所处的外部环境的差异;第四是通过引入案例分别对中美商业银行个人理财业务的产品设计、经营模式、营销渠道及专业人才等方面进行比较,分析出我国个人理财业务与美国相比的不足之处;最后,思考得出关于我国个人理财业务发展的建议,即构建发展我国商业银行个人理财业务的“四化”战略体系:产品创新多元化、经营模式混业化、营销渠道智能化、以及理财人员专业化。目前,我国商业银行个人理财业务还处于初级发展阶段,其成长受到宏观经济环境、产品创新、营销渠道、专业人才等多方面因素的制约,与美国等发达国家相比还有很大差距,本文运用了比较分析的方法以全新的视角探索出商业银行在发展过程中存在的问题,旨在探索理财市场在国内发展的巨大空间,对于我国金融机构的发展带来全新生机具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic development, the gross domestic product (GDP) of our country has increased from twenty trillion nine hundred and forty billion seven hundred million yuan in 2006 to fifty-one trillion nine hundred and thirty-two billion two hundred million yuan in 2012, an increase of about 2.47 times. The average annual growth rate is about 10%, and the standard of living of the residents is constantly improving. Under the influence of inflation, people began to consciously reduce the proportion of savings and find new ways of investing in order to reduce the impact of negative interest rates, but in the context of the world economic crisis, China's stock market has dropped from the highest 6,124 points to more than 2,000 now, which has rapidly cooled the formerly booming stock market and fund market, and a large number of assets have been withdrawn from the two markets. At the same time, The real estate market has also become depressed from the irrational rise before 2008, which provides a rare opportunity for the development of personal finance business of commercial banks in China, and the relatively stable banking financial products begin to be favored by people. In this paper, the domestic and foreign commercial bank personal finance business research has been summarized and sorted, and personal finance related theory has been studied, on the basis of this, the United States personal finance business as the breakthrough point, By using the comparative analysis method, the author makes a comparative analysis of the personal finance business of Chinese and American commercial banks, and thinks about the bright spots and innovations of the personal finance business in China. And the domestic and foreign commercial banks to carry out personal finance business research literature are summarized. Secondly, the connotation, classification and related theory of personal finance business are introduced. In addition, the development stage and current situation of personal finance business in China and the United States are compared and analyzed respectively. The third is the comparison of the financial environment, wealth environment and legal environment. This paper analyzes the differences in the external environment of the personal finance business of the Chinese and American commercial banks. 4th, through the introduction of cases, respectively, the product design and business model of the personal finance business of the Chinese and American commercial banks are analyzed. Comparing marketing channels and professional talents, the paper analyzes the shortcomings of personal finance business in our country compared with the United States. Finally, it gives some suggestions on the development of personal finance business in China. That is, to construct the "four modernizations" strategic system for the development of personal finance business of commercial banks in China: product innovation and diversification, mixed operation mode, intelligent marketing channel, and specialization of financial personnel. The personal financing business of commercial banks in China is still in the primary stage of development. Its growth is restricted by many factors, such as macroeconomic environment, product innovation, marketing channels, professional personnel, etc., and there is still a big gap compared with the developed countries such as the United States. This paper uses the method of comparative analysis to explore the problems existing in the development of commercial banks from a new perspective, in order to explore the huge space for the development of financial markets in China. It is of great significance for the development of financial institutions in China to bring new vitality.
