我国私人银行业务发展研究

【摘要】:随着经济的快速发展,我国的富裕阶层呈“爆炸式”增长态势,其迅速膨胀的理财需求为我国私人银行的发展奠定了坚实的基础。当前,面临我国的私人财富市场,在客户需求尚未得到充分满足的情况下,大力发展我国的私人银行业发展势在必行。同时,激烈的同业竞争也推动着行业的快速发展,政策监管给予了强力支持。金融危机带来的客户投资态度的变化,为我国私人银行业发展开启了新的契机。 客户是私人银行业务的中心和重心,私人银行业务的发展必须从客户着手,在对客户进行细分并透彻分析客户需求的基础上,有目标、高效率的进行产品创新,在满足客户需求的同时,积极提升客户忠诚度,从而实现私人银行业务的大力发展。私人银行业务的发展还蕴藏着各类风险,在大力发展私人银行业务的同时有必要对各类风险进行管理和控制,尤其是操作风险。 本文首先对相关研究进行了综述和评价,在对私人银行的定义和内涵以及私人银行与其他个人理财业务的区别进行了界定和阐述的基础上,对私人银行产品和服务进行了概述,并对国内外私人银行产品体系的现状进行了介绍。然后对我国私人银行客户按不同标准进行了细分,分析了不同客户群的风险偏好,并在分析私人银行产品创新的基础上研究了我国商业银行基于客户细分进行私人银行产品创新的思路。接着分析了私人银行业务的风险及其控制,并提出了使用模糊综合评价对私人银行业务的操作风险进行评价。最后,以中国银行深圳分行为例进行了案例分析,包括产品创新、风险控制等方面,并对其私人银行业务发展提出建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the economy, the rich class in our country is in an explosive growth trend, and its rapidly expanding financial needs have laid a solid foundation for the development of our private banks. At present, we are facing the private wealth market in our country. It is imperative to vigorously develop the private banking industry in China when the customer needs have not been fully satisfied. At the same time, fierce interbank competition is also promoting the rapid development of the industry. The change of customer investment attitude brought by the financial crisis has opened a new opportunity for the development of China's private banking industry. Customers are the center and center of private banking business. The development of private banking business must start from customers, on the basis of subdividing customers and thoroughly analyzing customer needs, aim and efficiently carry out product innovation. While meeting the needs of customers, we should actively promote customer loyalty so as to realize the vigorous development of private banking business. The development of private banking business also contains all kinds of risks. At the same time, it is necessary to manage and control all kinds of risks, especially operational risks. Firstly, this paper summarizes and evaluates the relevant research, and defines and expounds the definition and connotation of private bank and the difference between private bank and other personal financial management business. This paper summarizes the products and services of the private bank, and introduces the present situation of the product system of the private bank at home and abroad. Then, the author subdivides the private bank customers according to different standards, and analyzes the risk preference of different customer groups. On the basis of analyzing the product innovation of private bank, this paper studies the idea of private bank product innovation based on customer segmentation in our country, and then analyzes the risk and control of private bank business. Finally, taking the Shenzhen Branch of Bank of China as an example, the paper makes a case study, including product innovation, risk control and so on. And put forward the suggestion to its private bank business development.
