商业银行个人理财产品评价研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国经济高速发展,得益于经济成长带来的财富积累增多,城镇居民已经不再满足于银行储蓄等传统的个人理财产品,纷纷寻求更好的投资理财途径。金融机构敏锐地察觉到了市场需求的变化,纷纷推出种类繁多的个人理财产品和创新金融理财服务,以迎合市场的需求。时至今日,个人理财业务已经成为国内商业银行新的利润增长点,个人理财产品也成为商业银行吸引个人客户和扩大市场份额的重要途径。 然而与发达国家相比,,我国银行个人理财业务的发展起步较晚,在理财产品的设计研发、信息披露、市场营销、银行理财服务方面都存在着较大的差距。面临纷繁多样的理财产品,投资者往往由于缺乏专业知识和理财经验,面临较大的选择困难;监管者缺乏统一的评价标准,以致难以对理财产品进行分类监管;同时商业银行也亟需规范理财服务,提升个人理财产品的核心竞争力。 针对上述问题,本文试图对理财产品从收益和风险两个维度,从定量与定性两大模块,提出一个对理财产品进行综合评价的基础架构,以求对商业银行个人理财产品从各个维度进行综合评价,试图建立一个科学综合的商业银行个人理财产品评价体系,从而及时为金融机构、投资者和监管机构提供参考依据。评价体系的建立能够科学综合评价商业银行个人理财产品的风险和收益,无论是对于帮助投资者选择适当的理财产品,还是对于银行等相关金融机构设计开发理财产品,以至于对于维护公平、公正、公开的金融市场秩序都将起到至关重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has developed at a high speed, thanks to the increase of wealth accumulation brought by economic growth, urban residents are no longer satisfied with traditional personal financial products such as bank savings, and are looking for better ways of investment and financial management.Financial institutions are acutely aware of the changes in market demand and have introduced a wide variety of personal financial products and innovative financial services to meet the needs of the market.Nowadays, personal finance business has become a new profit growth point of domestic commercial banks, and personal financial products have become an important way for commercial banks to attract individual customers and expand market share.However, compared with the developed countries, the development of bank personal finance business in China started relatively late, in the design and development of financial products, information disclosure, marketing, banking financial services, there is a large gap.Faced with a variety of financial products, investors often face greater difficulties in choosing due to lack of professional knowledge and financial management experience, regulators lack of unified evaluation criteria, so it is difficult to classify financial products supervision.At the same time, commercial banks also need to standardize financial services to enhance the core competitiveness of personal financial products.In view of the above problems, this paper attempts to put forward a comprehensive evaluation infrastructure of financial management products from the two dimensions of income and risk, quantitative and qualitative modules.In order to comprehensively evaluate the personal financial products of commercial banks from various dimensions, this paper attempts to establish a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system of personal financial products of commercial banks, thus providing a reference for financial institutions, investors and regulators in a timely manner.The establishment of the evaluation system can scientifically and comprehensively evaluate the risks and benefits of commercial banks' personal financial products, not only to help investors select appropriate financial products, but also to design and develop financial products for banks and other related financial institutions.Even for the maintenance of fairness, justice, open financial market order will play a vital role.
