俄罗斯滨海边疆区水产养殖融资问题研究

【摘要】：农业是国民经济的基础,水产养殖业作为大农业中不可分割的重要组成部分,在我国农业经济与农村社会发展中,起着愈来愈重要的作用。我国现行的水产养殖业金融服务体系是否完善、水产养殖业金融发展是否成为水产养殖业经济发展的有力支撑?这些问题成为理论界与实务界关注的重要议题。现今全世界对渔获的需求量每年都在增加。这首先是人类开始追求更为健康的生活方式和更为丰富的营养,再者人类也已认识到鱼类产品是最有价值的饮食来源之一。无论是在内陆水域,还是海洋,水产养殖的作用和意义都在不断地提高。俄罗斯滨海边疆区养鱼业和水产品数量增加的可能性和潜力也具有非常重要的意义,故此水产养殖业发展的方向应是水产养殖业。水产养殖业是指在人的监控和管理条件下虾类、软体动物、藻类和鱼类的养殖业。水产养殖业是工业捕鱼的最有效的替代,最近的二十年间此领域得到了长足的发展。在一些以水产养殖业主导的国家,水产养殖业是改善经济状况,保障国家粮食自主,提高就业率,增加出口的主要因素之一。人类消费的鱼类食品差不多有一半是来水产养殖水生物资源培育,而不是自然条件下养成的。如1980年水产养殖业的产品仅占世界渔类消费量的9%,如今已达到43%。目前对水产养殖业研究挺多但是对水产养殖业融资问题研究比较少,本文从金融支持角度,就俄罗斯滨海边疆区水产养殖业融资如何实现由资源优势向经济转化问题进行探讨,为后续研究养殖业融资问题提高帮助。同时由于笔者理论和研究水平所限,以及分析、占有文献能力等方面的不足,致使该研究还不够全面和深入。这些问题,将在今后的工作、学习和研究中,进一步深入和强化,期望能获得更多的成果。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the foundation of national economy. Aquaculture, as an integral part of large agriculture, plays a more and more important role in the development of agricultural economy and rural society in China.Is the current financial service system of aquaculture in China perfect, and whether the financial development of aquaculture has become a strong support for the economic development of aquaculture?These problems have become an important issue concerned by the theoretical and practical circles.Worldwide demand for catch is increasing every year.This is due first to the pursuit of a healthier lifestyle and richer nutrition, and the recognition that fish products are one of the most valuable sources of food.Both in inland waters and in the ocean, the role and significance of aquaculture are constantly improving.The possibility and potential of increasing the quantity of fish culture and aquatic products in the coastal region of Russia is also of great significance, so the development direction of aquaculture should be aquaculture.Aquaculture refers to shrimp, mollusk, algae and fish breeding under the condition of human monitoring and management.Aquaculture is the most effective substitute for industrial fishing, which has made great progress in the past two decades.In some countries dominated by aquaculture, aquaculture is one of the main factors to improve economic situation, ensure national grain independence, increase employment rate and increase export.Almost half of the fish food consumed by humans comes from aquaculture, not from natural conditions.Aquaculture, for example, accounted for only 9 percent of world fish consumption in 1980, but has now reached 43 percent.At present, there are a lot of researches on aquaculture, but there is little research on the financing of aquaculture. From the angle of financial support, this paper discusses how to realize the transformation of aquaculture financing from resource superiority to economy in the coastal region of Russia.For the follow-up study of aquaculture financing issues to help.At the same time, due to the limitations of the author's theory and research level, as well as the deficiency of analysis and possession of literature, the research is not comprehensive and thorough enough.These problems will be further deepened and strengthened in future work, study and research, and more results will be expected.
