齐鲁银行核心竞争力评价及提升对策研究

【摘要】:经过三十年的发展,我国中小商业银行从无到有、从小到大,正在逐步向现代商业银行转变,已成为我国商业银行的重要组成部分。然而,由于中小商业银行的先天不足,如内控制度薄弱、创新能力不足等;伴随着我国大型商业银行改革不断推进,外资商业银行随着我国金融市场的开放也逐步进入国内市场,这些因素使得中小商业银行面临严峻的考验。在激烈的竞争环境中,培育和提升中小商业银行的核心竞争力,成为中小商业银行重要发展目标之一。本文以齐鲁银行核心竞争力作为研究对象,首先明确其现状及存在问题,进一步借鉴核心竞争力的相关理论及学者的研究成果,遴选盈利性、安全性、流动性、创新能力、可持续发展能力五大类二级指标,共同构建齐鲁银行核心竞争力评价指标体系;结合专家评分结果,利用层次分析法确定各指标权重;通过对各指标的量化分析,构建齐鲁银行核心竞争力评价模型,对其核心竞争力进行评价,明确了其核心竞争力的发展水平。通过研究,本文主要得到以下的相关结论。第一,近年来齐鲁银行保持了良好的发展态势,经营额度、营业规模、人员素质得到显著提升,,形成了较完整的内部组织结构,物理网点分布较为广泛,具备了一定的品牌知名度。但也存在一定的问题,如盈利性受到经营规模的限制,不良贷款导致安全状况不尽人意,风险分散能力仍有待于进一步提升,产品种类单一且结构不合理,缺乏创新的先进技术与人才储备等。第二,从总体核心竞争力的评分来看,齐鲁银行自2008年以来齐鲁银行的核心竞争力保持了较好地增长态势,但在2011年核心竞争力提升增速出现了一定的下滑,主要是由于“票据案”导致。总体来看,齐鲁银行近年来核心竞争力还是取得了较为显著的提升,具备了较强的核心竞争力。第三,从各项二级指标核心竞争力来看,盈利性竞争力、安全处于相对较高水平,但受到“票据案”影响较大,在2011年出现了较大幅度的下滑;流动性竞争力、可持续竞争力处于中游水平,对整体核心竞争力起到一定的支撑作用,保持了较好地增长态势;创新竞争力是齐鲁银行核心竞争力的“短板”,虽然近年来保持了较好的提升态势,但仍是制约其核心竞争力提升的最主要因素。第四,针对目前制约中小商业银行核心竞争力提升的因素,结合实证分析的结果,进一步提出了提升齐鲁银行核心竞争力的对策,包括充分把握山东省银行市场以提升盈利规模,建立有效风险管理机制提高自身安全性,优化存贷结构全面提高银行资产流动性,提高素质、拓展业务以提升创新能力,科学定位、控制规模以实现可持续性发展等。
[Abstract]:After 30 years of development, the small and medium commercial banks in our country are gradually changing to modern commercial banks, which have become an important part of our country's commercial banks.However, due to the inherent deficiencies of small and medium-sized commercial banks, such as weak internal control system, insufficient innovation ability, and so on, with the development of the reform of large commercial banks in China,With the opening of China's financial market, foreign commercial banks have gradually entered the domestic market, these factors make small and medium-sized commercial banks face a severe test.In the fierce competitive environment, to cultivate and enhance the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized commercial banks has become one of the important development goals of small and medium-sized commercial banks.This article regards Qilu Bank's core competence as the research object, first of all, clear its present situation and existing problems, and further draw lessons from the relevant theories of core competitiveness and scholars' research results, select profitability, security, liquidity, innovation ability.The evaluation index system of Qilu bank's core competence is constructed by five categories of secondary indexes of sustainable development ability. The weight of each index is determined by AHP combined with the result of expert evaluation. Through the quantitative analysis of each index,The evaluation model of Qilu Bank's core competence is constructed, and the development level of its core competence is clarified.Through the research, this article mainly obtains the following related conclusions.First, Qilu Bank has maintained a good development trend in recent years. Its business quota, business scale, and personnel quality have been significantly improved, forming a relatively complete internal organizational structure and a relatively wide distribution of physical sites.With a certain brand awareness.However, there are still some problems, such as profitability is limited by the scale of operation, bad loans lead to unsatisfactory security situation, the ability of risk dispersion still needs to be further improved, the product category is single and the structure is unreasonable.Lack of innovative advanced technology and talent reserves.Second, judging from the overall core competitiveness score, Qilu Bank's core competitiveness has maintained a good growth trend since 2008, but in 2011, the core competitiveness growth rate has declined to a certain extent.This is mainly due to the bill case.Generally speaking, Qilu Bank has made a significant improvement of its core competence in recent years.Third, from the core competitiveness of the secondary indicators, profitability competitiveness, safety is relatively high level, but by the "bill case" is more affected, in 2011 there was a large decline; liquidity competitiveness,The sustainable competitiveness is in the middle reaches, which plays a certain supporting role in the overall core competitiveness, and maintains a good growth trend; the innovative competitiveness is the "short board" of the core competitiveness of Qilu Bank.Although it has maintained a good promotion trend in recent years, it is still the most important factor restricting the improvement of its core competence.Fourth, aiming at the factors that restrict the promotion of core competence of small and medium-sized commercial banks, combined with the results of empirical analysis, this paper further puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the core competitiveness of Qilu Bank.Including fully grasping the banking market in Shandong Province to enhance profit scale, establishing effective risk management mechanism to improve their own security, optimizing deposit and loan structure, comprehensively improving bank assets liquidity, improving quality, expanding business to enhance innovation ability.Scientific positioning, control of the scale to achieve sustainable development and so on.
