中国货币政策区域效应差异的研究

【摘要】：随着社会主义市场经济体系的深入与发展，货币政策已成为国家宏观调控的主要工具之一。货币政策有效性与否影响到整个宏观经济的发展。然而由于中国各区域的经济发展程度、三大产业结构、金融结构、开放化程度、市场发展程度等各方面都存在较大差异，致使统一的货币政策在各区域所产生的效应可能存在显著差异。所以，如何能够有效地制定和执行最优的货币政策对中国区域经济协调发展有很重大的意义。因此，在中国这样一个拥有多样化特征的国家里，有必要研究货币政策区域效应，并在此基础上提出具有切实可行的政策建议。本文主要研究中国货币政策区域效应，通过理论与实证相结合的方式，，分析中国货币政策区域效应存在性以及形成原因，并根据上述具体原因提出具体可行性方案。本文共分了六章，第一章为引言，总括了本文研究的背景、主题、目的、意义和创新点，以及文献综述。第二章为区域划分方法，不同与其他已有论文区域划分方法，本文应用SPSS软件，根据几个经济发展的相关指标，得出区域类别。第三章和第四章为理论与实证部分。第三章是阐述最优货币区域理论以及中国是否为最优货币区域理论的现实情况。第四章是阐述货币政策传导机制理论，并根据衡量三个传导渠道指标进行VAR回归分析和脉冲响应实证检验中国货币政策效应的成因。第五章是依据上章实证分析结果，分别从宏观、中观、微观三个角度来具体考察形成原因。第六章是依据所分析的原因，提出相应的政策建议。
[Abstract]:With the deepening and development of socialist market economy system, monetary policy has become one of the main tools of national macro-control.The effectiveness of monetary policy affects the development of the whole macro-economy.However, the degree of economic development, the three major industrial structures, the financial structure, the degree of openness and the degree of market development of various regions in China are quite different.There may be significant regional differences in the effects of uniform monetary policy.Therefore, how to effectively formulate and implement the optimal monetary policy is of great significance to the coordinated development of China's regional economy.Therefore, it is necessary to study the regional effect of monetary policy in a country with diversified characteristics, and put forward some practical policy suggestions.This paper mainly studies the regional effect of China's monetary policy, analyzes the existence and formation reasons of the regional effect of China's monetary policy through the combination of theory and practice, and puts forward the concrete feasible scheme according to the above specific reasons.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which summarizes the background, theme, purpose, significance and innovation of this study, as well as literature review.The second chapter is the regional division method, which is different from other existing papers. This paper uses SPSS software, according to several related indicators of economic development, the regional categories are obtained.The third and fourth chapters are the theoretical and empirical part.The third chapter expounds the regional theory of optimal currency and whether China is the regional theory of optimal currency.The fourth chapter is to explain the monetary policy transmission mechanism theory, and according to the measurement of three transmission channel indicators of VAR regression analysis and impulse response empirical test of the causes of China's monetary policy effect.The fifth chapter is based on the empirical results of the previous chapter, respectively from the macro, meso, micro three angles to examine the formation of specific reasons.The sixth chapter is based on the analysis of the reasons, put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
