【摘要】：吴念鲁,重庆人,我国著名国际金融学家,享受国务院特殊津贴。曾任中国国际金融学会副会长兼秘书长、中国金融学会常务理事兼副秘书长、中国银行国际金融研究所所长、中国银行卢森堡分行行长、《国际金融研究》杂志主编,曾赴西德商业银行和瑞士银行及瑞士圣加仑经济学院进修。现任中国国际金融学会常务理事,中国人民银行研究生部学术委员、教授、博士生导师,中央财经大学教授、博士生导师,北京交通大学中国产业安全研究中心副主任、教授,中国人民大学、南开大学、对外经济贸易大学、武汉大学、西南财经大学、上海财经大学、东北财经大学等高等院校兼职教授。吴念鲁长期从事国际经济金融研究、实务与教学工作,主持多项国家级重点课题研究,取得了大量科研成果并撰写和主编了近20本金融专著与教材,发表学术论文300多篇。有些在香港和国外报刊上转载,有的获得全国性奖项。此外,他还主持了全国"八五"重点课题《西方主要资本市场及我国对外筹资选择》,《中国外债模型》,以及2009年《中国金融产业安全报告》等项目的研究。他的研究领域主要涉及国际国内金融的诸多方面,尤其在国际收支,外汇储备,人民币汇率研究,外汇风险及其防范,商业银行经营管理等方面有很深的造诣和实践经验。他积极参与我国金融体制改革,特别是外汇体制的改革。他的学术观点和商业银行经管理念在国内外具有较大的影响。
[Abstract]:Wu Nianlu, a Chongqing native, enjoys a special allowance from the State Council. Former Vice President and Secretary-General of the China Society of International Finance, Executive Director and Deputy Secretary-General of the Chinese Finance Society, Director of the Institute of International Finance of the Bank of China, President of the Luxembourg Branch of the Bank of China, editor of the Journal of International Financial Research, He has studied at the Commercial Bank of West Germany, the Swiss Bank and the St. Gallen School of Economics. He is currently the executive director of the China Society of International Finance, an academic member of the Graduate Department of the people's Bank of China, a professor, a doctoral supervisor, a professor at the Central University of Finance and Economics, a doctoral supervisor, and a deputy director of the China Industrial Security Research Center of Beijing Jiaotong University. Part-time professor at Renmin University of China, Nankai University, University of Foreign Economics and Trade, Wuhan University, Southwest University of Finance and Economics, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Northeast University of Finance and Economics, etc. Wu Nianlu has long been engaged in international economic and financial research, practical and teaching work, presided over a number of state-level key research, has achieved a large number of scientific research results, and has written and edited nearly 20 financial monographs and textbooks, and published more than 300 academic papers. Some are reproduced in Hong Kong and foreign newspapers, and some have won national awards. In addition, he also presided over the research on the key topics of the eighth Five-Year Plan of China, "Major Western Capital Markets and China's external financing options", "China's external debt Model", and "China Financial Industry Safety report" in 2009. His research field mainly involves many aspects of international and domestic finance, especially in the international balance of payments, foreign exchange reserve, RMB exchange rate research, foreign exchange risk and its prevention, commercial bank management and other aspects have deep attainments and practical experience. He actively participated in the reform of China's financial system, especially the reform of the foreign exchange system. His academic point of view and commercial bank management concept have great influence at home and abroad.
