基于信息技术基础架构库的福建建行IT服务管理研究

【摘要】：二十一世纪充满了挑战，充满了机遇。信息技术更是起到了极为重要的作用。企业若要在激烈的竞争中脱颖而出，那么就更应该重视高科技在其中所起到的作用，这对企业的发展也是个严峻的考验。作为金融机构，建行福建建行也同样不能忽视信息技术在行业中的重要作用。信息系统在整个企业的运营发展中起到了关键的作用，IT系统的基础架构对企业结构的稳定，以及对其的推动作用是明显的。利用好信息技术基础框架的作用，可以有效地推动整个IT服务管理的不断发展。只有将科技管理在整个金融体系中的作用凸显出来，才能够进一步推动福建建行朝着健康的方向发展。在本论文中，笔者对福建建行的IT服务管理进行了一定程度的研究。通过研究背景以及对国内外相关研究情况的论述，展开对IT服务管理的研究，包括借鉴国内外IT服务管理模型——ITIL最佳实践、基本原理、实现模式、知识架构体系等方面的内容，，对福建建行IT服务模型进行研究，并探讨研究其中的关键管理流程，同时，对其中的事件管理、问题管理、配置变更及发布管理等重要的业务流程以及服务台职能模块做了较深的研究。最后，对福建建行IT的发展前景做了必要的建议与展望。
[Abstract]:The twenty - first century is full of challenges and opportunities . Information technology plays a very important role . If the enterprise is to stand out in the fierce competition , it should pay more attention to the role played by high - tech in the competition , which is also a serious test for the development of the enterprise .

As a financial institution , the CCB also cannot ignore the important role of information technology in the industry . The information system plays a key role in the operation and development of the whole enterprise . The IT system ' s infrastructure plays a key role in the operation and development of the enterprise . The role of the IT infrastructure can effectively promote the continuous development of the whole IT service management .

In this paper , the author studies the IT service management in Fujian . Through the research background and the related research situation at home and abroad , the research on IT service management is carried out . The key management process is discussed . At the same time , some important business processes such as event management , problem management , configuration change and distribution management are studied . Finally , the paper puts forward some necessary suggestions and prospects for the development of the IT development in Fujian .
