工商银行LNS分行绩效评价研究

【摘要】:随着我国金融市场的全面开放,,国内商业银行的经营环境发生了深刻的变化,在这种严峻的形势下,商业银行想求得生存和发展,就必须要采取积极有效的措施。商业银行绩效评价体系是商业银行内部控制系统的核心组成部分,不仅为银行员工的激励机制的建立提供了基础保障,而且为银行的管理者以及全体员工指明了今后的经营发展方向。对于工商银行LNS分行而言,对其经营绩效进行评价有利于提升其核心竞争力及管理水平,优化资金等资源配置,对促进其持续、稳定、健康发展有着重要的意义。 本文以中国工商银行LNS分行为研究对象,对其绩效评价体系进行研究。首先阐述了LNS分行的发展概况以及绩效评价现状,并指出现有的评价体系存在的缺陷。其次是从宏观和微观两方面对LNS分行经营绩效的影响因素进行了探讨,为了应对这些变化带来的挑战,结合LN分行实际情况设计了绩效评价体系,主要从战略制定、市场拓展等几个方面选取指标,在设计的过程中,不仅分析了评价指标选择的原则,而且说明了各个指标反映的内容及意义。利用层次分析法确定各个指标的权重,结合模糊评价法对LNS分行的银行绩效进行综合评价。最后,根据评价体系的计算结果可以直观的看出银行绩效总体水平的高低,有利于找出LNS分行绩效管理的弱点环节所在,从而提出解决措施,使其加强薄弱环节的绩效管理,提高制定战略的能力及服务能力等,使得LNS分行整体绩效管理水平会得到进一步的提高。
[Abstract]:With the comprehensive opening of financial market in China, the operating environment of domestic commercial banks has undergone profound changes. In this grim situation, commercial banks must take active and effective measures to survive and develop. The performance evaluation system of commercial banks is the core part of the internal control system of commercial banks, which not only provides the basic guarantee for the establishment of incentive mechanism of bank employees. And for the bank's managers and all staff pointed out the future direction of business development. For Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) LNS Branch, the evaluation of its business performance will help to improve its core competitiveness and management level, optimize the allocation of resources, such as funds, to promote its sustained, stable and healthy development has an important significance. This paper studies the performance evaluation system of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) LNS Branch. Firstly, the development of LNS branch and the present situation of performance evaluation are described, and the defects of the existing evaluation system are pointed out. Secondly, it discusses the influencing factors of LNS branch performance from macro and micro aspects. In order to deal with the challenges brought by these changes, the performance evaluation system is designed according to the actual situation of LN branch. In the process of design, not only the principle of evaluation index selection is analyzed, but also the content and significance of each index are explained. AHP is used to determine the weight of each index and fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the bank performance of LNS branch. Finally, according to the results of the evaluation system, we can intuitively see the overall level of bank performance, which is conducive to find out the weakness of LNS branch performance management, so as to put forward solutions to strengthen the weak link of performance management. Improve the ability to make strategy and service, so that the overall performance management level of LNS branch will be further improved.
