XY银行武汉分行培训现状及改进设计研究

【摘要】:加入WTO之后,我国银行业在外资金融机构的不断融入下,面临着严峻的形势,银行业通过建立队伍来提升银行核心竞争力,因此,高素质人才是实现银行业可持续发展的关键。提高员工素质,培训是根本。因此,研究XY银行武汉分行培训现状及其改进设计具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。 本文选择XY银行武汉分行作为研究对象,旨在通过剖析问题,探索改进员工培训体系设计优化培训管理。论文共分为五部分。首先,运用文献研究法,对人力资源培训的概念与内容、培训体系、主要培训模式进行分析。其次,运用实证研究法,对XY银行武汉分行培训体系现状及存在问题展开分析,通过问卷调查了解员工培训现状,剖析培训体系缺乏健全的培训组织结构、培训需求分析不够、培训计划缺乏系统性、培训实施过程随意性大以及培训考核机制不健全等几个方面的问题。再次,针对问题对XY银行武汉分行培训体系进行改进设计,从制定员工与银行并重的培训原则,健全培训组织体系、改进培训需求分析,制定科学的培训计划,严格规范培训实施过程、健全培训考核机制四个方面提出了改进的设计思想。在此基础上,提出强化培训意识、加大培训投资力度、创新培训形式、构建网络学习平台等四维保障措施。最后,,对论文的主要研究结论进行总结和展望。
[Abstract]:After China's entry into WTO, the banking industry of our country is faced with a severe situation under the continuous integration of foreign financial institutions. The banking industry promotes the core competitiveness of the banks by establishing a team. Therefore, high-quality talents are the key to the sustainable development of the banking industry. To improve the quality of employees, training is fundamental. Therefore, it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the current situation of training and its improvement design of XY Bank Wuhan Branch. In this paper, XY Bank Wuhan Branch is chosen as the object of study, in order to improve the design of staff training system and optimize training management by analyzing the problems. The paper is divided into five parts. Firstly, this paper analyzes the concept and content of human resource training, training system and main training models. Secondly, using the empirical research method, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the training system of XY Bank Wuhan Branch. Through the questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of staff training, it analyzes the lack of a sound training organization structure of the training system, and the analysis of training needs is not enough. The lack of systematic training plan, the randomness of the training implementation process and the imperfection of the training assessment mechanism. Thirdly, to improve and design the training system of XY Bank Wuhan Branch, from formulating the training principle of staff and bank, perfecting the training organization system, improving the training demand analysis, making scientific training plan. The improved design idea is put forward in four aspects: strictly standardizing the training implementation process and perfecting the training examination mechanism. On this basis, the paper puts forward four-dimensional guarantee measures, such as strengthening training consciousness, increasing training investment, innovating training form and constructing network learning platform. Finally, the main conclusions of the paper are summarized and prospected.
