苏州GD银行营业网点精益管理研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,中国的银行业体系发生了很大的变化。特别是近年来随着中国金融体制改革的深入,中国商业银行的经营环境日益复杂,银行间竞争态势加剧,传统的银行发展模式已经受到了严重挑战,国内银行业积极探索新的发展模式。营业网点作为商业银行重要的服务窗口和产品销售渠道,其在银行战略转型中承担的重要职责也越来越受到国内商业银行的重视。 为进一步挖掘银行网点的潜在功能,国内多家商业银行已经就如何对网点实施精益化管理展开了积极的研究和初步的探索。精益管理由最初的生产系统管理实践逐步延伸到各类管理业务,通过提高顾客满意度、减低成本、提高质量、加快流程速度和改善资本投入,促使股东价值实现最大化。具体到银行网点来说,精益管理就是结合营业网点的特点实施精细管理,实现银行综合资源的优化配置,最大限度地发挥出不同网点的特点,提高核心竞争力。 本文通过作者在GD银行苏州分行(以下简称为苏州GD银行)从事精益管理工作中所面临的发展情况,结合当前精益管理发展的新趋势,针对苏州GD银行如何结合自身的实际情况和特点,建立完整的激励约束机制进行论述和探讨,希望能对GD银行进一步提升精益管理,发挥网点在产品销售渠道和服务营销窗口的重要作用,,实现“向管理要效益”的目标提供有益帮助。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's banking system has undergone great changes. Especially in recent years, with the deepening of the reform of China's financial system, the operating environment of Chinese commercial banks is increasingly complex, and the competition between banks intensifies. The traditional banking development model has been seriously challenged. Domestic banks are actively exploring new development models. As an important service window and product sales channel of commercial banks, commercial banks pay more and more attention to their important responsibilities in the strategic transformation of banks. In order to further excavate the potential function of bank network, many domestic commercial banks have carried out active research and preliminary exploration on how to implement lean management of the network. Lean management extends gradually from the initial production system management practice to all kinds of management business. By improving customer satisfaction, reducing cost, improving quality, speeding up process speed and improving capital investment, the shareholder value can be maximized. Specifically to the bank network, lean management is to combine the characteristics of the business network to implement fine management, to achieve the optimal allocation of comprehensive resources of the bank, to maximize the characteristics of different outlets, and to improve the core competitiveness. Through the development of the author's lean management work in Suzhou Branch of GD Bank (hereinafter referred to as Suzhou GD Bank), this paper combines the new trend of lean management development. According to Suzhou GD Bank's actual situation and characteristics, how to establish a complete incentive and constraint mechanism is discussed and discussed in order to further improve the lean management of GD Bank. Give play to the important role of network in product sales channel and service marketing window, and provide beneficial help to realize the goal of "making benefit from management".
