内蒙农行产品竞争力现状与对策研究

【摘要】:作为为客户提供服务的基础,产品是衡量银行服务水平高低的重要标准,是体现银行核心竞争力的关键所在。在打造优秀大型上市银行目标的指引下,内蒙农行要打造增利源泉、获得持续竞争优势,必须要根据市场和客户金融需求的变化,持续快速地创新和培育具有强大竞争力的金融产品,提升内蒙农行的业务发展能力。 本文从竞争力结果表象和影响因素两个方面,分别对对公、零售、机构同业和三农四个板块的主要产品线进行深入研究,并对未来各板块的发展趋势进行了分析,针对内蒙农行产品体系的现状提出相应的对策和建议,为今后产品创新管理及业务发展方向、进一步增强产品竞争力提供依据。
[Abstract]:As the basis for providing service for customers, the product is an important criterion to measure the level of the bank's service and the key to the core competitiveness of the bank. Under the guidance of the goal of creating an excellent large listed bank, Inner Mongolia Agricultural Bank has to build a source of increasing profit and gain a continuous competitive advantage, which must be based on the change of market and customer financial demand. We should continuously and rapidly innovate and cultivate strong competitive financial products to enhance the business development capability of Inner Mongolia Agricultural Bank.
In this paper, the main product lines of the four sectors of the public, retail, institutional and three rural areas are studied from two aspects of the competitiveness result representation and influencing factors, and the development trend of the various plates in the future is analyzed. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in view of the present situation of the Inner Mongolia Agricultural Bank's product system, for the future product innovation management. Rationale and business development to further enhance product competitiveness.
