基于浙商视角的浙江和越南投资环境比较研究

【摘要】：随着改革开放的深入,浙江企业正承受着巨大的产业转型升级压力,而“走出去”战略则为其提供了一个有效的施展平台。越南一直以来都是中国企业投资较为密集的区域,中国对越投资者中又以浙商为多。近年来,随着次贷危机、欧债危机的相继爆发,西方国家重新开始大力奉行贸易保护主义,世界经济格局发生了极大的变化,浙江作为外贸大省,深受其害。因此,研究比较当前浙江与越南的投资环境具有极大的指导意义。本文在借鉴前人投资环境理论及实践研究基础上,根据投资环境的构成成分,设计问卷,通过对在越南投资的浙商进行调查访问,了解其在软硬环境上对浙江与越南投资环境的比较。经过对浙江与越南硬环境的数据收集,结合问卷调查数据,采用因子分析与层次分析法对浙江与越南投资环境进行了系统的比较。实证结果显示,浙江投资环境总体优于越南,并且其近年来的改善速度也略快于越南,但越南在投资环境的自然环境因素与政治法律环境上具有明显的优势。论文说明了在越南具有较好市场前景的可投资行业,鼓励浙商注意挖掘越南市场潜力,改善浙商在越商誉。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, Zhejiang enterprises are under great pressure of industrial transformation and upgrading, and the "going out" strategy provides an effective platform for its development. Vietnam has long been a more heavily invested region for Chinese companies, and Zhejiang is the main investor in Vietnam. In recent years, with the subprime mortgage crisis, the European debt crisis broke out one after another, Western countries began to vigorously pursue trade protectionism, the world economic pattern has undergone great changes, Zhejiang as a major foreign trade province, suffered greatly. Therefore, it is of great significance to study and compare the investment environment between Zhejiang and Vietnam. Based on the previous research on investment environment theory and practice, this paper designs a questionnaire according to the composition of the investment environment, through the investigation and interview of Zhejiang businessmen who invest in Vietnam. Understand its soft and hard environment to Zhejiang and Vietnam investment environment comparison. Based on the data collection of the hard environment in Zhejiang and Vietnam and the questionnaire survey data, the investment environment of Zhejiang and Vietnam is compared systematically by factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The empirical results show that the investment environment in Zhejiang Province is generally superior to that in Vietnam, and its improvement rate in recent years is also slightly faster than that in Vietnam, but Vietnam has obvious advantages in the natural environment of investment environment and the political and legal environment. This paper describes the investable industries with good market prospects in Vietnam, encourages Zhejiang businessmen to pay attention to tap the potential of Vietnam's market, and improves the goodwill of Zhejiang businessmen in Vietnam.
