中国对俄罗斯投资问题研究

【摘要】：当前，随着全球经济一体化进程的不断加快，跨国投资已经成为各国经贸活动的一个重要组成部分。中国与俄罗斯均是世界大国，同时又是互为最大邻国。两国之间有着传统的贸易和投资历史。多年来，中国已经跃升为俄罗斯第一大贸易伙伴国，业已形成紧密的政治合作、经贸合作、民间合作关系，有着很好的经济对接、产业互补、贸易合作的传统和优势。特别是随着俄罗斯加入世界贸易组织，中俄两国政府高度重视外资和外企的引进，促进了俄国内投资领域的更加宽泛，为中国加快对俄投资带来了难得机遇。本文在总结中国对俄投资总体情况的基础上，深入研究加快中国对俄投资的整体趋势，，系统剖析中国对俄投资存在的制约因素，提出了加快中国对俄投资的政策建议，形成了《中国对俄罗斯投资问题研究》论文。期望本文的研究成果能为加快中国对俄投资提供借鉴和参考意见。
[Abstract]:At present, with the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, transnational investment has become an important part of the economic and trade activities of various countries. China and Russia are both big powers in the world and are also the biggest neighbors to each other. There is a traditional history of trade and investment between the two countries. Over the years, China has leapt to become Russia's largest trading partner, has formed close political cooperation, economic and trade cooperation, folk cooperation relations, has a very good economic docking, industrial complementarity, trade cooperation tradition and advantages. In particular, with Russia's entry into the World Trade Organization, the Chinese and Russian governments attach great importance to the introduction of foreign capital and foreign enterprises, thus promoting a wider range of Russian domestic investment and bringing a rare opportunity for China to speed up investment in Russia. On the basis of summing up the general situation of Chinese investment in Russia, this paper deeply studies the overall trend of speeding up Chinese investment in Russia, systematically analyzes the restrictive factors existing in China's investment in Russia, and puts forward some policy suggestions for speeding up Chinese investment in Russia. Formed the "China's investment in Russia," the paper. It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide reference and advice for speeding up Chinese investment in Russia.
