【摘要】:中国经济的快速增长催生了金融市场的繁荣,从而为理财业务的发展创了良好的市场环境。随着人们手中的可支配资金增多以及不断增长的投资和消费需求,个人理财业务开始逐渐走进人们的视野。个人理财凭借它的稳定性、收益性以及长远发展性使得该业务在金融市场中逐渐占据一定市场份额。如今,个人理财已成为人们日常生活中一项重要的经济活动。洛阳中信银行开展个人理财业务不仅是缓解银行存贷矛盾的有效手段,也是应对金融资产风险的现实需要,更是银行实现战略目标和战略转型和科学发展的不二选择。为了提升市场竞争力,洛阳中信银行积极拓展个人理财业务,开发银行的利润空间和增长点、完善风险内控体系、优化银行内部结构等。 本论文的展开建立在洛阳中信银行个人理财业务发展状况的基础之上,通过分析洛阳中信银行的内外环境形势和解析个人理财业务发展中出现的问题,最终提出洛阳中信银行个人理财业务的战略发展策略及保障措施。 通过论述,本论文认为洛阳中信银行要完成个人理财业务的成功拓展,还需要很长一段路要走,银行需要改进理财经营理念、创新理财经营模式,既要打造良好持续的客户关系管理,,也要因人而异、因市而异转变经营手段,实行个性化和差异化理财服务,同时对理财经理队伍建设进行监管和优化,只有这样,才能保障洛阳中信银行个人理财业务高能、高效、高质的发展。
[Abstract]:The rapid economic growth of China has given birth to the prosperity of financial markets, thus creating a good market environment for the development of financial services. With the increase of disposable funds and the increasing demand for investment and consumption, personal finance business has gradually come into people's view. With its stability, profitability and long-term development, personal finance gradually occupies a certain market share in the financial market. Nowadays, personal finance has become an important economic activity in people's daily life. Luoyang CITIC Bank's personal finance business is not only an effective means to alleviate the contradiction between deposit and loan, but also a practical need to deal with the risks of financial assets. It is also a choice for banks to achieve strategic objectives and strategic transformation and scientific development. In order to enhance the market competitiveness, Luoyang CITIC Bank actively develops personal finance business, develops the profit space and growth point of the bank, improves the internal risk control system, and optimizes the internal structure of the bank. Based on the development of personal finance business of Luoyang CITIC Bank, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Luoyang CITIC Bank and analyzes the problems in the development of personal Finance Business. Finally, the strategic development strategy and safeguard measures of personal finance business of Luoyang CITIC Bank are put forward. Through discussion, this paper thinks that Luoyang CITIC Bank needs a long way to complete the successful expansion of personal finance business, banks need to improve the concept of financial management, innovative financial management mode, It is necessary not only to create good and continuous customer relationship management, but also to vary from person to person, to change business methods according to the city, to implement personalized and differentiated financial management services, and to supervise and optimize the construction of the contingent of financial managers. Only in this way, Can guarantee Luoyang CITIC Bank personal finance business high energy, high-efficiency, high-quality development.
