基于AHP法的城市商业银行竞争力评价体系研究

【摘要】：城市商业银行是由20世纪80年代的城市信用社改制而成，历经机构重组、风险处置、管理优化等多个发展阶段,城市商业银行已经发展成为我国银行体系的重要组成部分,特别是在地方银行业中发挥着主体性作用,形成了比较大的影响力。随着金融同业竞争加剧、利率市场化改革不断推进、外资银行大量入驻，城市商业银行的经营环境日渐紧迫，其生存和发展正面临着严峻的挑战,如何提高自身竞争能力是摆在城市商业银行面前的重大课题。建立现代化的城市商业银行竞争力评价体系衡量城市商业银行的竞争力具有重要的实现意义。本文首先综述了国内外竞争力的理论和研究成果，着重介绍了AHP方法的基本原理和方法，然后对我国城市商业银行产生、改革、发展的历程做了简要概括并分析了我国城市商业银行业自身经营的特殊性和面临的挑战。在此基础上，通过德菲尔法筛选出衡量城市商业银行竞争力的多项重要指标，运用AHP层次分析法对竞争力指标评价体系中各重要指标的权重进行测算，进而建立起城市商业银行竞争力的评价体系。然后运用已建立城市商业银行竞争力体系，，代入山东省14家城市商业银行的数据，对城商行竞争力实际测算，得出山东省14家城市商业银行的竞争力排名，其中莱商银行为山东省内最具竞争力的城市商业银行。通过对14家城市商业银行竞争力的比较，可以清晰的看出竞争力强弱不同的城市商业银行在各个指标上的明显差距，从而有的放矢的调整城市商业银行经营重点，提高自身竞争力；同时有利于熟悉对手，在竞争中不断寻找和培育自身竞争优势，强化管理、规范运作、完善公司法人治理结构。
[Abstract]:The city commercial bank is formed by the reform of the city credit cooperative in the 1980s. It has gone through many stages of development, such as organization reorganization, risk management, management optimization and so on. The city commercial bank has developed into an important part of the banking system of our country. Especially in the local banking industry plays a subjective role, forming a relatively large influence. With the intensification of financial interbank competition, the reform of interest rate marketization continues to advance, a large number of foreign banks enter, the operating environment of urban commercial banks is becoming increasingly urgent, and their survival and development are facing severe challenges. How to improve one's own competitive ability is an important subject in front of city commercial banks. It is of great significance to establish a modern evaluation system of the competitiveness of urban commercial banks to measure the competitiveness of urban commercial banks. In this paper, the theory and research results of competitiveness at home and abroad are summarized, and the basic principles and methods of AHP method are emphatically introduced. Then, the emergence and reform of urban commercial banks in China are introduced. The course of development briefly summarizes and analyzes the particularity and challenges of the urban commercial banking industry in China. On this basis, several important indexes to measure the competitiveness of urban commercial banks are selected by using the Defel method, and the weight of each important index in the evaluation system of competitiveness index is calculated by using AHP Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Furthermore, the evaluation system of the competitiveness of urban commercial banks is established. Then, by using the established competitive power system of urban commercial banks and the data of 14 city commercial banks in Shandong Province, the competitiveness of 14 city commercial banks in Shandong Province is calculated, and the ranking of competitiveness of 14 city commercial banks in Shandong Province is obtained. Among them, Laishang Bank is the most competitive city commercial bank in Shandong Province. By comparing the competitiveness of 14 city commercial banks, we can clearly see the obvious difference in each index of the city commercial banks with different competitiveness, so as to adjust the management focus of urban commercial banks. At the same time, it is beneficial to know the competitors, to find and cultivate their own competitive advantages, to strengthen the management, to standardize the operation, and to perfect the corporate governance structure.
