【摘要】:纵观世界经济发展的规律,,高投资率推动经济增长是一国经济发展初期的显著特征,而当经济发展到一定水平时,经济增长的动力将由供给转向需求、由投资拉动转向消费驱动。当前,世界主要发达国家基本上都是消费驱动型经济,居民最终消费对一国GDP增长的贡献很大。受历史因素和国内外经济环境的影响,我国经济发展面临着消费难以全面启动的难题。突出地表现在,消费水平不高,消费增长缓慢,消费金融发展的程度较低。在我国,商业银行一般都关注于大公司、大行业的大额贷款业务,其消费贷款一般也主要集中于住房和汽车等大额消费金融,而额度较小的临时性消费金融难以纳入其视野。2009年7月,中国银监会颁布了《消费金融公司试点管理办法》,启动消费金融公司试点工作。消费金融公司的设立,能够提供更多的金融服务,这对于促进消费需求的增长,有效发挥消费需求对经济增长的拉动作用,具有积极的意义。但是,我国消费金融公司正处于起步阶段,与发达国家还有很大差距,需积极借鉴国外经验来促进自身的发展。基于此,本文采用理论分析和对比分析相结合的手段,分析美日欧消费金融公司的发展特点,总结其经验教训,找出我国消费金融公司发展的不足,并据此为我国消费金融公司的健康持续发展提出相应的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:Looking at the laws of world economic development, the high investment rate driving economic growth is a remarkable feature of a country's economic development at the beginning of its economic development, and when the economy develops to a certain level, the power of economic growth will shift from supply to demand. From investment-driven to consumption-driven. At present, the main developed countries in the world are basically consumption-driven economy, and the final consumption of residents contributes a lot to the growth of GDP in a country. Influenced by historical factors and economic environment at home and abroad, China's economic development is facing a difficult problem that consumption is difficult to start in an all-round way. Outstanding performance is, consumption level is not high, consumption grows slowly, the degree that consumer finance develops is low. In China, commercial banks generally pay attention to the large loan business of large companies and large industries, and their consumer loans are generally mainly concentrated in large consumer finance, such as housing and automobiles. In July 2009, China Banking Regulatory Commission promulgated the "measures for the pilot Management of Consumer Finance companies" to start the pilot work of consumer finance companies. The establishment of consumer finance companies can provide more financial services, which has positive significance for promoting the growth of consumer demand and effectively exerting the pulling effect of consumer demand on economic growth. However, China's consumer finance companies are in their infancy, and there is still a big gap with developed countries, so we need to actively learn from foreign experience to promote their own development. Based on this, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the development of consumer finance companies in the United States, Japan and Europe, summarizes their experiences and lessons, and finds out the shortcomings of the development of consumer finance companies in China by means of combining theoretical analysis with comparative analysis. Based on this, the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the healthy and sustainable development of consumer finance companies in China.
