【摘要】：随着全球化进程的不断推进,我国与世界上各个经济体的联系日益密切,对外直接投资成为企业参与经济全球化的普遍现象。由于我省以民营企业为主,在资金、技术等方面难以与大企业竞争,仅仅依靠自身力量对外投资往往不具有优势。发挥中小企业的集聚优势,集群式“走出去”可以弥补中小民营企业的不足,是战胜国际竞争企业以及东道国企业的重要方式。浙江省中小企业众多,经过改革开放30多年的发展,省内形成了一批产业集群,在推动浙江经济发展发挥了重要的作用,是促进浙江经济发展的生力军。推动企业集群“走出去”有利于实现浙江经济转型升级,并提高浙江开放型经济发展水平。本文拟从理论角度分析探讨浙江企业对外直接投资中的“集群化’模式,通过融合对外直接投资理论与集群理论,总结浙江先行企业集群式对外直接投资的经验,最后提出进一步推动浙江民营企业集群“走出去”政策建议。论文分为六个部分：第一部分阐述了本文的选题背景,研究意义和研究框架,并对相关概念进行了说明,指出本文可能的创新点与不足。第二部分主要回顾了主流的对外直接投资理论和集群理论,阐述了国内外关于集群式对外直接投资所做的研究。第三部分分析了浙江民营企业对外直接投资的现状,并指出了其在对外直接投资过程中存在的问题。第四部分根据前文论述的浙江民营企业在对外直接投资过程中存在的问题提出了浙江民营企业集群式对外直接投资的模式,并从组织行为和交易成本视角建立相关数理模型,对集群式对外直接投资的必要性进行了论证,同时,评述了政府对于集群式“走出去”的政策支持。第五部分运用案例分析了浙江省的国家级境外经贸合作园的相关状况,验证了前文所提出的理论,总结先行企业集群式对外直接投资的同时也分析了其他国家和地区以集群式走出去的成功案例,论证分析了这种模式的可行性。第六部分为文章的结论部分,并分别从产业和区位选择角度提出推动浙江民营企业集群式对外直接投资的建议。集群式对外直接投资,本质上是对外直接投资的一种特殊模式。本文立足于对外直接投资理论,梳理其适合浙江民营企业对外直接投资现状和发展特点的理论,综合运用数理模型分析和案例分析等方法,得出集群式对外直接投资是浙江民营企业现阶段较为理想的一种对外直接投资模式。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization, the relationship between China and the world's economies is getting closer and closer. Foreign direct investment (FDI) has become a common phenomenon for enterprises to participate in economic globalization. Because our province is dominated by private enterprises, it is difficult to compete with large enterprises in capital, technology and so on, and only relying on its own strength to invest abroad often has no advantage. Giving full play to the agglomeration advantage of small and medium-sized enterprises and "going out" in a cluster mode can make up for the deficiency of small and medium-sized private enterprises, which is an important way to overcome the international competition and the host country enterprises. There are many small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang Province. After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, a number of industrial clusters have been formed in the province, which plays an important role in promoting the economic development of Zhejiang Province, and is a new force to promote the economic development of Zhejiang Province. Promoting enterprise cluster "going out" will help to realize Zhejiang's economic transformation and upgrade, and improve the level of Zhejiang's open economy. This paper analyzes and discusses the "cluster mode" of Zhejiang enterprises' FDI from a theoretical point of view, and summarizes the experience of Zhejiang's leading enterprises' cluster FDI by combining the theory of FDI with the theory of cluster. Finally, it puts forward some policy suggestions to further promote Zhejiang private enterprise cluster to go out. The thesis is divided into six parts: the first part describes the background, significance and research framework of this paper, and explains the related concepts, pointing out the possible innovations and shortcomings of this paper. The second part mainly reviews the mainstream theory of FDI and cluster theory, and expounds the research on cluster FDI at home and abroad. The third part analyzes the current situation of Zhejiang private enterprises' foreign direct investment, and points out its problems in the process of foreign direct investment. In the fourth part, according to the problems of Zhejiang private enterprises in the process of foreign direct investment, the paper puts forward the mode of cluster foreign direct investment of Zhejiang private enterprises, and establishes the relevant mathematical model from the perspective of organization behavior and transaction cost. The necessity of cluster foreign direct investment (FDI) is demonstrated, and the government's policy support for cluster FDI is reviewed. The fifth part uses the case to analyze the relevant situation of the state-level foreign economic and trade cooperation park in Zhejiang Province, and verifies the theory put forward above. At the same time, the successful cases of other countries and regions are analyzed, and the feasibility of this model is demonstrated and analyzed. The sixth part is the conclusion of the article, and puts forward the suggestions of promoting the cluster FDI of Zhejiang private enterprises from the angle of industry and location choice. Cluster foreign direct investment (FDI) is essentially a special mode of FDI. This paper is based on the theory of foreign direct investment (FDI), combs its theory suitable for the current situation and development characteristics of Zhejiang private enterprises' FDI, and synthetically applies mathematical model analysis and case analysis, etc. It is concluded that cluster FDI is an ideal mode for Zhejiang private enterprises at present.
