【摘要】:在泛资管背景下,伴随着不断推进的市场化改革,逐步放开的我国证券公司资产管理行业的监管,证券公司资产管理也迎来扩大发展和深化发展的新阶段,资产管理业务将被纳入包括经纪、自营、承销业务在内的主要业务中。因此,展开对证券公司资产管理业务的研究有着相当重要的意义与价值。本篇文章首先通过文献检索,了解国内外证券资产管理业务的研究成果,然后对证券公司资产管理业务、证券公司资产管理业务运作要点以及我国券商和国外券商资产管理业务的现状进行介绍,再通过比较分析、对C证券公司资产管理业务进行定量和定性相结合分析,得出C证券公司资产管理业务目前主要存在三大问题:资产规模偏小,产品种类单一,产品收益偏低。最后通过对问题产生的原因进行分析,提出了C证券公司资产管理业务七个发展对策:(1)扩大影响,树立特色品牌;(2)目标客户重定位,克服地域限制;(3)拓宽渠道,提高营销水平;(4)培养产品创设能力,丰富产品体系;(5)细分客户,发掘需求;(6)加强投研团队建设;(7)健全风险控制体系。本文研究的主要目的就是通过对C证券公司资产管理业务的研究,解决实际问题,最终能够实现促进公司把握资产管理业务发展“黄金期”的机遇,突出资管业务特色,树立公司品牌。促进公司顺应行业发展趋势,打造资产管理“硬实力”,全方面提升管理能力,从而促进公司的转型、加强公司的市场竞争优势、提高公司盈利。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the pan capital management, with the continuous reform of the market and the gradual release of the supervision of the asset management industry of the securities companies in China, the asset management of the securities companies is also ushered in a new stage of expansion and development. The asset management business will be included in the main business including brokerage, self-management and underwriting. The research on the asset management business of the securities company is of great significance and value. First of all, this article, through literature retrieval, understands the research results of securities asset management at home and abroad, and then to the assets management business of securities companies, the operation of the assets management business of securities companies, and the asset management industry of China's securities firms and foreign securities firms. The present situation of the business is introduced, and then through the comparative analysis, the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the assets management business of C securities company is carried out. It is concluded that there are three major problems in the assets management business of C securities company: the small asset size, the single product type and the low yield of the product. Finally, the reasons for the problems are analyzed and the results are put forward. C securities company asset management business seven development countermeasures: (1) to expand the impact, set up characteristic brand; (2) target customer repositioning, overcoming regional restrictions; (3) widening channels to improve marketing level; (4) cultivate product creation ability, enrich product system; (5) subdivide customers, explore demand; (6) strengthen investment research team construction; (7) sound risk control system. The main purpose of this study is to solve the actual problems through the research on the assets management business of C securities company, and finally to achieve the opportunity to promote the company to grasp the "golden period" of the development of the asset management business, to highlight the characteristics of the management of the business, to establish the company brand, to promote the development trend of the company, and to build the "hard strength" of asset management. "To enhance the management capability in all aspects, thereby promoting the transformation of the company, strengthening the company's competitive edge in the market and improving the company's profitability.
