中国消费金融公司发展模式研究

【摘要】:在金融危机的背景之下,出口导向型的增长模式遭遇瓶颈,因而拉动内需成为保证经济稳定增长的关键所在,为此中央先后制定了一系列扩大内需,促进经济稳定增长的政策措施。在此背景下,2010年中国银监会同意筹建三家消费金融公司以促进居民消费。消费金融公司的设立对于我国扩大内需、促进消费升级、拉动产业转型和经济结构转变具有重要的意义。 本文首先从我国转变经济发展方式、调整产业结构的宏观经济环境出发,阐述我国设立消费金融公司的必要性和可行性。其次,通过对中国消费金融以及消费金融公司的现状的描述和分析,指出我国消费金融公司发展的前景和面临的问题。再次,通过对比美国和欧盟消费金融公司的发展总结出我国消费金融公司可以借鉴的地方。最后,,根据全文分析结构,对我国消费金融公司的发展模式做出探索,从产品与业务、融资渠道、风险管理、人才建设等方面提出我国消费金融公司发展的方向,并从宏观政策层面提出我国消费金融公司发展的配套政策与法律,为我国消费金融公司的发展和政府相关政策的制定提供参考。
[Abstract]:Against the background of the financial crisis, the export-oriented growth model has encountered bottlenecks, so stimulating domestic demand has become the key to ensuring stable economic growth. For this reason, the central government has successively formulated a series of expansion of domestic demand. Policy measures to promote stable economic growth. Against this backdrop, the CBRC agreed in 2010 to set up three consumer finance companies to boost consumer spending. The establishment of consumer finance company is of great significance for expanding domestic demand, promoting consumption upgrading, stimulating industrial transformation and economic structure transformation. In this paper, the necessity and feasibility of setting up a consumer finance company in China are discussed from the point of view of changing the mode of economic development and adjusting the macro-economic environment of industrial structure. Secondly, by describing and analyzing the current situation of consumer finance and consumer finance companies in China, the paper points out the prospects and problems of the development of consumer finance companies in China. Thirdly, by comparing the development of the consumer finance companies in the United States and the European Union, the author sums up the points that can be used for reference by the consumer finance companies in our country. Finally, according to the structure of the full-text analysis, this paper explores the development model of consumer finance companies in China, and puts forward the development direction of consumer finance companies in China from the aspects of products and business, financing channels, risk management, talent construction, etc. From the macro policy level, the author puts forward the supporting policies and laws for the development of consumer finance companies in China, which provides a reference for the development of consumer finance companies in China and the formulation of relevant government policies.
