市场化指数、治理结构与企业绩效关系研究

【摘要】：市场化进程中,我国企业治理结构是否进一步趋向优化?进而,治理结构的改善对提升企业价值是否有效?文章以我国沪深上市公司2000~2012年间的统计数据为考察样本,运用GMM方法对我国市场化程度、公司治理水平及企业绩效间的相互关系为研究对象,进行经验研究。研究结果表明,市场化进程与公司治理综合指数显著正相关;当下,我国上市公司的企业绩效没有达到既定要素和技术条件下的最优水平;市场化程度越高,公司业绩的调整速度越快。研究还阐明了制度背景对企业行为的重要影响,为我国市场化改革的应然性提供了经验证据。
[Abstract]:In the process of marketization, will the corporate governance structure of our country be further optimized? Furthermore, is the improvement of governance structure effective in enhancing the value of enterprises? Taking the statistical data of China's Shanghai and Shenzhen listed companies from 2000 to 2012 as a sample, this paper uses GMM method to study the relationship among the degree of marketization, the level of corporate governance and the performance of enterprises in China, and carries out empirical research on the relationship between the degree of marketization, the level of corporate governance and the performance of enterprises. The results show that the marketization process is significantly positively correlated with the corporate governance composite index. At present, the corporate performance of listed companies in China does not reach the optimal level under the established factors and technical conditions, and the higher the marketization degree, the higher the degree of marketization. The faster the company's performance adjusts. The study also clarifies the important influence of institutional background on enterprise behavior and provides empirical evidence for the necessity of market-oriented reform in China.
