略论新型文化产业投资基金的构建

【摘要】：文化产业发展水平是衡量一个国家和地区软力量的重要标志。文章通过国外文化产业资本支持实践,深入分析产业投资基金支持文化企业成长的机理,根据现有文化产业基金在具体运作中面临的问题,进一步指出构建新型的文化产业投资基金的可能性和必要性。
[Abstract]:The development level of cultural industry is an important symbol to measure the soft power of a country and region. Through the practice of supporting foreign cultural industry capital, this paper deeply analyzes the mechanism of industrial investment fund supporting the growth of cultural enterprises, according to the problems existing cultural industry fund faces in the concrete operation. Further points out the possibility and necessity of constructing new cultural industry investment fund.
