从格局变迁看人民币汇率问题

【摘要】：正一、世界经济格局变迁引发汇率问题汇率是货币间的比价,决定着一国的商品与服务在国际市场的竞争优势,在经济全球化背景下,不仅影响着国际间的贸易与资本流动,而且也影响着一国的产业结构和就从世界经济发展史看,汇率问题在世界经济格局发生变迁时成为焦点问题。当前人民币汇率问题高度政治化与中国的崛起密不可分。随着中国综合实力不断夯实,人民币汇率问题在未来相当长一段时间内,仍将是中美之间绕不开的敏感话题。对此,我们应保持清醒认识,高度重视平衡维护经济主权与承担国际责任的关系,按照主动性、可控性和渐进性原则推进汇率形成机制改革,并以此为契机,努力为人民币国际化铺平道路。
[Abstract]:First, the exchange rate caused by the change of the world economic pattern is the ratio of currencies, which determines the competitive advantage of a country's goods and services in the international market. Under the background of economic globalization, it not only affects the international trade and capital flow, It also affects a country's industrial structure and from the development history of world economy, the exchange rate becomes the focal point when the world economic pattern changes. The current highly politicized RMB exchange rate issue is inextricably linked to the rise of China. With the consolidation of China's overall strength, the issue of the yuan's exchange rate will remain a sensitive issue between China and the United States for a long time to come. In this regard, we should maintain a sober understanding, attach great importance to the balance between safeguarding economic sovereignty and assuming international responsibilities, and promote the reform of the exchange rate formation mechanism in accordance with the principles of initiative, controllability, and progressiveness, and take this opportunity as an opportunity. Efforts to pave the way for the internationalization of the renminbi.
