论我国商业银行中间业务发展现状及对策研究

【摘要】:受到银行业严峻竞争的影响,在国际商业银行业务创新的实践中,加大力度重点发展中间业务成为了国有商业银行的目标,然而竞争加剧,以及利率市场化步伐的加快,使得国内银行存款利率越来越市场化,,这也使得商业银行的传统业务利润逐渐降低。国内越来越多的客户逐渐采用其他的融资方式,对贷款的需求相对减少,银行传统业务盈利空间进一步缩小。这需要市场的扩大金融创新,各类新型的金融产品和金融工具层出不穷,不再以存贷款和利息收入为主要经营内容,而是进军中间业务领域,开创了银行业务多元化和服务功能全面化的新局面,极力推进了商业银行中间业务的发展,使中间业务所占市场份额不断上升,中间业务的种类不断增加,为商业银行赢得更宽阔的盈利空间。目前西方国家商业银行的中间业务已经成为与银行传统的业务同等重要的三大业务之一,有着举足轻重的地位,所以扩展中间业务已经成为日前银行业的发展新趋势。 本文共分为四个部分,第一部分主要从中间业务的特点、分类、内容、发展业务的紧迫性和必要性来介绍中间业务。文章第二部分,从中间业务的收入情况、结构态势、重点产品和定价分析四个方面入手阐述了我国商业银行发展的现状。文章第三部分从经营体制制约发展、定价存在的问题、监管问题、创新不足经营品种稀少、服务落后、营销管理体系不科学等方面整理了中间业务存在的一些问题。第四部分从为中间业务提供良好的环境、实行合理定价策略、构建营销格局、加强业务产品创新、风险管理五个方面提出可以改进的措施。
[Abstract]:Influenced by the severe competition of the banking industry, in the practice of international commercial bank's business innovation, it has become the target of the state-owned commercial bank to strengthen the development of intermediate business. However, the competition is intensified and the interest rate marketization is accelerated. The domestic bank deposit interest rate is becoming more and more market-oriented, which makes the traditional business profits of commercial banks gradually lower. More and more domestic customers gradually adopt other financing methods, the demand for loans is relatively reduced, and the profit space of traditional banking business is further reduced. This requires the expansion of the market and financial innovation. New types of financial products and instruments are emerging in endlessly. Instead of taking deposits, loans and interest income as the main business content, they are moving into the intermediate business field. It has created a new situation of diversification of banking business and comprehensive service function, and has pushed forward the development of intermediary business of commercial banks, making the market share of intermediate business continuously rising and the types of intermediate business increasing. For commercial banks to win wider profit space. At present, the intermediary business of commercial banks in western countries has become one of the three equally important business with the traditional business of banks, and has a pivotal position, so the expansion of intermediate business has become a new trend of the development of the banking industry. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part mainly introduces intermediate business from the characteristics, classification, content, urgency and necessity of business development. The second part of the article, from the income situation, structure situation, key products and pricing analysis of the four aspects of the development of commercial banks in China. The third part of the article from the management system constraints the development, pricing problems, supervision problems, innovation is scarce, service is backward, marketing management system is not scientific and other aspects of the intermediary business to sort out some problems. The fourth part puts forward the measures to be improved from five aspects: providing good environment for intermediate business, carrying out reasonable pricing strategy, constructing marketing pattern, strengthening business product innovation and risk management.
