商业银行贸易融资风险防范研究

【摘要】：在经济全球化、银行同业竞争日趋激烈的当今,银行贸易融资已被广泛的应用。然而由于贸易融资融合商业和银行的双重信用,同时涉及国际、国内两个贸易市场,因此又具有颇多风险。本文从商业银行贸易融资理论基础出发,分析了我国贸易融资风险防范的必要性,找出贸易融资风险形成的原因,通过对比我国商业银行与国外银行在控制理念、管理机制、监督与考核等方面的差距,提出我国商业银行需要学习和借鉴西方国家商业银行的风险管理经验,最后针对我国商业银行在通过贸易融资业务盈利的同时,如何化解融资风险提出一些防范对策,对我国商业银行贸易融资风险控制方法的改进有一定的参考意义。
[Abstract]:In the economic globalization, the interbank competition is becoming more and more intense nowadays, the bank trade finance has been widely used. However, due to the combination of commercial and bank credit, trade financing involves both international and domestic trade markets, so it has a lot of risks. Based on the trade financing theory of commercial banks, this paper analyzes the necessity of preventing trade financing risks in China, finds out the reasons for the formation of trade financing risks, and compares the control ideas and management mechanisms between Chinese commercial banks and foreign banks. The gap between supervision and assessment, the author points out that our commercial banks need to learn and learn from the risk management experience of western commercial banks. Finally, aiming at the profit of our commercial banks through the trade financing business, it is necessary to study and learn from the risk management experience of the commercial banks in the western countries. How to resolve the financing risk puts forward some preventive countermeasures, which has certain reference significance to the improvement of the commercial bank's trade financing risk control method in our country.
