客户盈利分析定价模型在阜新农业发展银行的应用研究

【摘要】:二十世纪末,中国农业发展银行开始出现在人们的视野中,作为国家经济宏观调控的工具,在服务“三农”的战略高度上对进行新农村建设的规划与指导以及农业发展银行在金融行业合规持续发展有着多层意义。作为支持社会主义新农村的主力军及自负盈亏的金融机构,如何做好政策性银行开展的商业性业务,从而适应金融市场残酷的竞争,势必要加强贷款定价机制的建设,使之更加科学严谨。农业发展银行起步较晚,规模较小,各项机制与业务开展尚不成熟,但可以及时吸取处于前沿的理念与科学的制度办法,本文介绍内部资金转移法及风险溢价理论,以帮助客户盈利分析贷款定价模型在阜新农业发展银行的引入,这种引入不是盲目的,是通过详细分析农业发展银行现行贷款定价问题的机制与暴露的问题,且比较国内外先进的定价模型基础上得出的。通过对客户盈利分析模型的印证,主要因素是为了获得预期的目标利润,既要考虑金融机构为客户提供贷款及相关业务应得到的收入,以及付出的成本。站在银行与客户利益双赢的立场上,银行既要考虑自己的切身利益又要营销好客户为自己提供可持续发展,因此为客户发放贷款和提供相关服务所获取的中间业务费、利息收入、结算收入需测算准确。同时为客户发放贷款而产生的成本也要考虑其中,如向中央银行借款的资金成本、地域资金周转成本、信贷资金发放的风险成本即风险溢价等。同时对银行来说最根本的是要考虑既定的目标利润。因此,收入、成本、目标利润是决定贷款定价的主要因素,其他的是为客户提供服务所收取的一定费用收入。综上所述,本文在利率完全交由市场来调节的情况下,应用了基于客户盈利分析的贷款定价模型来适应竞争日益激烈的金融市场。通过对样本数据的计算、为客户提供信贷资金所带来的收入及其相应产生资金、经营、风险溢价等成本,最终使银行有利可图并取得的目标利润从而形成合理的贷款定价方案,该方案使客户与银行的联系更为密切,突出了以客户为中心的贷款定价理念,使客户与银行达到双赢。这对于我国当前的贷款定价在理论上具有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:At the end of the 20th century, the Agricultural Development Bank of China began to appear in the eyes of people, as a tool of national macroeconomic regulation and control. In the strategic height of serving the "three rural areas", it is of multi-level significance to plan and guide the construction of the new countryside and to maintain the compliance of the Agricultural Development Bank in the financial industry. As the main force supporting the new socialist countryside and the financial institutions that are responsible for their own profits and losses, how to do well the commercial business carried out by the policy banks, so as to adapt to the cruel competition in the financial market, is bound to strengthen the construction of the loan pricing mechanism. Make it more scientific and rigorous. The agricultural development bank starts late, the scale is relatively small, each mechanism and the business development is not yet mature, but can absorb the idea and the scientific system method in time, this article introduces the internal capital transfer method and the risk premium theory, The introduction of loan pricing model in Fuxin Agricultural Development Bank to help customers' profit analysis is not blind, but through a detailed analysis of the mechanism and exposed problems of the current loan pricing problem of the Agricultural Development Bank. And compared with the domestic and foreign advanced pricing model based on the conclusion. Through the verification of the customer profit analysis model, the main factor is to obtain the expected target profit, we should consider the income and the cost that the financial institution should get to provide the loan and the related business to the customer. Standing on the position of win-win between banks and customers, banks should not only consider their own vital interests but also market their customers to provide themselves with sustainable development, so they can obtain intermediate business fees for their loans and related services. Interest income, settlement income should be measured accurately. At the same time, the cost of issuing loans for clients should be considered, such as the cost of borrowing from the central bank, the cost of regional capital turnover, the risk cost of credit fund issuance, that is, risk premium, and so on. At the same time, the most fundamental thing for banks is to consider the target profit. Thus, revenue, cost, and target profit are the main factors determining the pricing of the loan, and the other is the fee income charged for providing services to the client. To sum up, this paper applies the loan pricing model based on customer profit analysis to adapt to the increasingly competitive financial market when the interest rate is completely regulated by the market. Through the calculation of the sample data, the income brought by providing the credit fund to the customer and the corresponding cost of the capital, operation, risk premium and so on, finally make the bank profitable and obtain the target profit, so as to form a reasonable loan pricing scheme. This scheme makes the relationship between customer and bank closer and highlights the concept of customer-centered loan pricing, which makes the customer and bank achieve win-win situation. This has certain guiding significance to the current loan pricing in our country.
