基于FDI的重庆企业“走出去”对策研究
[Abstract]:Since the global financial crisis in 2008, the substantial economic growth of the developed countries, led by Europe and the United States, needs a long time to recover. China has become the second largest economy in the world and has greatly increased its strength from a large capital to a large capital exporting country. The Chinese government attaches great importance to the "go out" strategy, A number of policies and regulations have been introduced to promote the integration of enterprises into the global market. The new changes in the international and domestic situation have brought a golden opportunity for the "going out" of the Chongqing enterprises. The government of Chongqing actively responds to the national "going out" strategy and encourages the quickening step of "going out" in Chongqing enterprises. In 2011, the government work report of Chongqing is clear. It is proposed that the overseas investment plan during the "12th Five-Year" period will strive to realize the investment of 30 billion US dollars. In the face of such huge market demand, Chongqing enterprises urgently require correct theories to guide them to carry out foreign investment. Therefore, the study of "going out" based on the FDI based Chongqing enterprises is of great strategic significance.
This paper, based on the theory and practice of foreign direct investment, takes the foreign direct investment of Chongqing enterprises as the research object, mainly adopts the research methods of normative analysis, empirical analysis and case analysis. From the perspective of the performance of foreign direct investment, the present situation of foreign direct investment in Chongqing enterprises is analyzed in depth. Find out the key problem of poor performance of foreign direct investment of Chongqing enterprises, and analyze the reasons. Finally, put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
The first part is the introduction. First, it expounds the international and domestic background of speeding up the step of "going out" by Chongqing enterprises, and then explains the content of the study, the purpose and significance of the study, the research ideas and methods. Secondly, it defines the concept of "going out" and the concept of foreign direct investment, and then defines the scope of the study. The second part is the theory of the study. The first is to analyze the domestic and foreign direct investment theory related to this article, and the two is to review and summarize the relevant literature about foreign direct investment theory between domestic and foreign scholars. The third part is the analysis of the present situation of foreign direct investment in Chongqing enterprises. It mainly analyzes the foreign investment of enterprises in Chongqing in recent years. The overall situation, from the stage of the development of foreign direct investment, investment subject, investment scale, investment industry, investment region, a more complete overview of the characteristics of Chongqing enterprise foreign direct investment. At the same time, compared with the developed provinces and cities in China and foreign investment, the fourth parts of Chongqing enterprises' foreign direct investment are summarized. It is the performance evaluation system of the foreign direct investment of Chongqing enterprises. It mainly includes the connotation of performance evaluation of foreign direct investment, the standards of performance evaluation of Chongqing enterprises' foreign direct investment, the content and the selection of evaluation indexes of the performance evaluation of Chongqing enterprises' foreign direct investment. The fifth part is comprehensive analysis. Through data collection and processing, Chongqing enterprises are collected and processed. The empirical and case analysis of the macro and micro performance of FDI is carried out. From the empirical results, we speak from the macro level that the FDI of Chongqing enterprises has a significant impact on macroeconomic growth and export growth, and there is a positive correlation; however, we do not have a significant long-term impact on domestic investment; direct investment to foreign investors. The inflow of capital inflows has no significant long-term and short-term effects. From the comparison of the third chapters of this article in Chongqing and other provinces with developed foreign investment, it is found that the scale of Chongqing enterprises' FDI is lagging behind the economic development and the overall performance is poor. From the micro level case analysis, we found the representative enterprise of the Chongqing manufacturing industry. The performance of the external investment in power is also in a poor state, so there are many areas to be improved. The sixth part is the cause of the poor performance of Chongqing enterprises' foreign direct investment. The seventh part is the construction of the Countermeasures of "going out" of the enterprises of Chongqing. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the "going out" of the enterprises of Chongqing from the perspective of the government and the enterprises. Specific contents are as follows: make clear the motivation of foreign direct investment; select the location of foreign direct investment; choose the entry mode of foreign direct investment; improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise; strengthen the construction of the enterprise culture and network platform, enhance the brand image; build the enterprise financing platform; ensure the security of the investment funds of the enterprises. Strengthen the leadership of foreign investment. The eighth part is the conclusion and outlook. This study briefly summarizes the main conclusions and prospects of the study.
